stable and showed the first credible signs of revitalization contributed to increased transaction activity and consumer interest particularly within the residential segment The new development market in Tallinn remained active throughout the quarter Although no record-breaking sales were achieved Arco Vara sold four additional apartments in Q1 2025 bringing the total number of units sold to 91 out of 113 The pre-sales in the Soodi 6 project continued at a calm pace with 10 out of 66 apartments pre-sold by the end of the quarter The building permit process for the start of construction is in its final stage with construction expected to commence at the end of Q2 2025 Arco Vara acquired a new development site in Tallinn on Spordi Street located in an attractive area suitable for residential development expands Arco Vara’s project portfolio in sought-after districts of Tallinn Pre-sales for the project are scheduled to begin in Q2 2025 with construction work planned to start toward the end of the same quarter Initial planning and preparatory works are currently underway The final stage of the Kodulahe development and in cooperation with the district government Construction is anticipated to start in approximately two years Preparatory work for Arco Vara’s next major development Efforts are focused on developing design solutions and mapping out potential target customer groups The project has already attracted considerable interest and our primary goal is to secure the approval of the detailed plan in the coming months Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2025 the local team brought the Botanica Lozen project even closer to completion reaching 95% readiness by the end of the quarter The entire development is expected to be finalized by the end of Q2 2025 Sales activity in Botanica Lozen remained stable with 9 of the 16 houses sold by quarter-end The project’s appeal was further enhanced by the near-completion of landscaping work aligning well with the preferences of local buyers The Merivälja Kuldlehe development maintained its prestigious and exclusive market position Although no new transactions were recorded during the quarter interest in the apartments remained steady Given the development’s high market value and unique location full realization largely depends on overall market confidence and the recovery of purchasing power among the target audience the real estate sector continued on a cautious yet positive trajectory The number of transactions remained stable or slightly increased compared to the previous quarter suggesting that the most severe economic challenges have likely passed The gradual decline in interest rates and renewed investor confidence provide a solid foundation for continued strengthening of the real estate market in the second half of 2025 Arco Vara’s key near-term challenges remain consistent: achieving successful sales in the Kodulahe and Kuldlehe projects in Estonia and finalizing the sale of the remaining homes in the Botanica Lozen development in Bulgaria The main focus of sales activity is on completed apartments and houses to ensure stable cash flow and enable the successful launch of upcoming large-scale projects Q1 2025 was a period of stability and preparation with the real estate market moving quietly but steadily toward recovery the group's sales revenue was 1,706 thousand euros up to the level of 15,455 thousand euros as of 31 March 2025 the weighted average annual interest rate of interest-bearing liabilities was 8.2% This is a decrease of 0.5 percentage points compared to 31 December 2024 The group's sales revenue was 1,706 thousand euros in Q1 2025 (Q1 2024: 990 thousand euros) including the sale of real estate in the group’s own development projects 1,589 thousand euros (927 thousand euros in Q1 2024) Other sales revenue in 2025 mainly includes revenue from franchise fees of real estate agencies in Estonia Franchise fees for the Q1 2025 were 65 thousand euros franchise revenues for the Q1 2024 were 55 thousand euros 62 apartments and 4 commercial premises in the form of three buildings will be built at Soodi 6 8 apartments and 2 commercial premises have been presold The homes are schedules to be completed in 2026 4 service areas and 108 apartments (as three separate apartment buildings) As of the publication date of the quarterly report to pay an additional 1,627 thousand euros for the purchase of the land within three months from the establishment of the detailed plan for the property by the Tallinn City Government The start of the construction of the first stage is planned for 2025 an exclusive cluster house with 5 spacious homes was built in Pirita By the date of publication of the quarterly report The Botanica Lozen project foresees construction of 54 homes (houses) in three stages Construction and sales of the first 16 buildings have begun – the private houses of the first phase will be completed in Q2 2025 developed a station known for charging high prices at the pump and not advertising those on its street sign has changed from an ARCO AMPM to a VP Racing Fuels location and is now displaying its prices had hundreds of complaints in online reviews and Department of Justice complaints alleging that a combination of deceptive business practices has allowed the station to overcharge consumers Customers have complained about how the station didn't advertise the price of gasoline since 2016 The station was charging $6.69 per gallon of regular gasoline on March 6 when AAA said the average in the Willamette Valley was $3.73 a gallon Online reviews say the station has at times charged as much as $8 per gallon of regular gasoline The price of regular gas on Wednesday was $3.38 with cash or $3.48 with card The location is owned by LB Group and Silverton attorney Michael Mills is the registered agent Mills said LB Group still owns the location but decided to sever its relationship with ARCO about a month and a half ago He said the high gas prices were due to the price the owners were being charged by ARCO "ARCO was charging them much more than the new supplier would charge so they switched," Mills said Current state law only requires gas stations to post the price of gasoline at the pump New Jersey and New York — have laws that require gas stations to post prices at signs visible from the street Mills said the owners were unaware of the bill when they decided to make the supplier switch and it was not a factor in the decision The bill is scheduled for a work session Thursday Statesman Utilities Computer & Electronics New Products & Services If you’re a fan of SRPGs and Arco flew under your radar While some of my all-time favorite games are indie RPGs that emulate the classics, my ears perk up most when developers instead exercise their creative freedom to explore new ideas. Arco fits this criterion perfectly It’s the prime example of the fresh perspective that small teams outside the RPG development bubble can bring to a too-often stubborn genre Arco is uniquely set in a pseudo-fictional Mesoamerica around the early 16th century when Spanish conquests colonized the land This tale follows three different revenge stories exploring how the dual threat of foreign invasion and warring indigenous tribes led to the latter’s downfall the Spanish settlers are never named by nationality and many fantastical elements are at play (this is an RPG it paints a grim picture of the suffering of occupied peoples nonetheless a perspective that is sadly more relevant than ever While I noted the game gets grim—and oh boy it does—it’s made more impactful by the moments of levity and constant banter between party members I did take issue with Arco’s choice to use internet lingo and emoji faces in dialogue While I understand the need to express emotions beyond what the art style is capable of this aspect felt amateurish and pulled me out of the experience every time It happened often enough (especially as you progress into later chapters) that it became a particularly sore spot and negatively affected how I felt about the characters but the game’s actual final boss is locked behind what ostensibly seems like the “bad” ending (the one received for increasing your guilt by choosing misdeeds over friendlier options at certain junctures) The non-guilty ending feels rushed by comparison with no real challenge to cap off an otherwise difficult game It also prioritized providing closure to a single cast member over others the journey is still an enthralling one that makes these flaws easy enough to overlook given its careful and impactful approach to touchy When I say the game is challenging, combat springs to mind. It’s a unique mix of turn-based and real-time combat that plays like a top-down variation on Valkyria Chronicles’ formula in many ways The game swaps between a tactical phase where time stops to let you set up your party’s next moves and an action phase where it all chaotically plays out until pausing again You need to play around the attacks and movement of enemies as one misstep could find a character blasted away in a swarm of bullets near the end of a long fight it never feels unfair because you get all the information regarding enemies’ future moves during the tactical phase This makes winning all the more satisfying and losing a low-stakes learning experience due to a lack of penalty The developers keep players on their toes through the guilt system I noted earlier the impact that choices have on the story Some encounters may not happen or may be significantly easier or harder depending on the dialogue you choose preceding them While there’s no indicator of the consequences before making a choice you can always back out if a battle is too hard and try another path to see if it potentially leads to a more manageable fight Your guilt level also impacts whether ghosts show up These come in two primary forms: unkillable white ghosts that move toward your characters during the tactical phase and do damage on impact (or disappear after a handful of turns taken) and black ghosts that constantly move toward you but can be killed like a standard enemy I’d equate this to an ATB system wherein you’re forced to make choices on your feet the ghosts massively increase the difficulty at high guilt levels Players who don’t want to deal with them have the option to turn them off altogether you can give yourself infinite throwable dynamite or turn off combat altogether I’ll always commend developers for providing options that make their games accessible to everyone though I also wouldn’t recommend this particular game without partaking in combat Overcoming its challenge is a core part of what makes Arco‘s story beats work You can equip items before entering battle allowing you to regain health and action points skill trees let you customize what attacks your characters have access to and you can freely swap between them whenever you’re not in battle Which abilities and items you choose to bring and how you utilize them can turn the tables in a fight; there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here but the systems are easy enough to understand that it never feels burdensome to tweak your builds The interface for customizing characters is another story It’s cumbersome to equip and unequip every ability and item with each requiring you to select an item and press a different key Why this currently PC-only game doesn’t have a drag-and-drop interface is slightly baffling especially since it looks visually built for exactly that A casualty of this clunky menu system is that organizing your ability bar is completely impractical meaning there’s no good way to pair similar abilities on a numpad If there’s one fix the developers should make to Arco it’s how they handle their inventory and skill interfaces One area in which Arco lacks the quality of life it deserves is in dialogue—which doesn’t let you scroll through conversations—and poor pathfinding when traversing the environment This occasionally leads to characters getting stuck on terrain before reaching the destination you clicked on You can manually move them with the mouse as if it’s an analog stick but improved pathfinding would’ve made for a much better experience and let us pause during combat because it’s a standard option in virtually any game and only creates unnecessary friction when you can’t take a break for fear of ghosts especially with its expansive parallax-scrolling landscapes that sell the vastness of the Mesoamerican frontier despite the truncated screens your characters ride through There’s a surprising variety of biomes to explore; this is not just rocks and desert even if it seems so in the opening few hours Battles are also incredibly easy to parse despite just how much information may be on screen at any time The character art was underwhelming; I felt more could’ve been done to make our party members distinct from the enemies they were up against I’d wager the average player will get 10-12 hours out of it depending on your combat proficiency and how much exploring you do There’s no filler here; these are all quality hours spent The developers could’ve easily padded out the runtime but chose not to which is something many of even the most revered RPGs we’ve reviewed recently could learn from If you’re a fan of SRPGs and Arco flew under your radar It’s one of the better games I’ve played in that category in recent years with a combat system that successfully tries something new a setting that hasn’t been explored in any RPG I’m aware of and a journey that leaves an impact in no small part thanks to the developers’ handling of its subject matter There are some flaws here that the developers could fix to make this game even better but don’t let those dissuade you from trying out this singular RPG experience Mesoamerican setting brought to life by vivid landscapes soundtrack seamlessly blends authenticity and excitement Jarring use of internet speak makes dialogue feel inauthentic Strategy RPG fans owe it to themselves to try out Arco for its unique gameplay and setting Tim Rattray His love of JRPGs traces back to late-90s get-togethers with cul-de-sac kids to battle and trade Pokémon via link cables this passion was solidified when Chrono Trigger changed his conception of what a game could be A core focus of Tim’s work is mental health advocacy with a focus on how interactivity can be used to depict and teach about mental illness He’s excited to share that insight with RPGFan’s readers alongside a log full of side quests to explore the mutual passion we all share RPGFan is a gaming website focused on roleplaying games and related genres such as graphic adventures Advertise on this site. © 2025 Emerald Shield Media LLC | Designed by Valkyrie Studio and MPT Creative. a breathtaking revenge sagaDon’t let this be the most overlooked game of the year by Matt Patches Link Image: Franek, Max Cahill, Bibiki, Fáyer/PanicMatt Patches is an executive editor at Polygon He has over 15 years of experience reporting on movies and TV and reviewing pop culture.Ray tracing and hyperrealistic physics are not requirements for a proper gut punch an action-forward fantasy RPG released in August a Western revenge saga unfolds across desert plateaus and lush forests That style intensifies the otherworldliness of the game’s not-quite-our-own Mesoamerica a land of the past populated by monsters as well as a more grounded foe: the Red Company a band of oil-seeking colonizers ready to slaughter anyone for a buck and the arco — the bow — to hunt down those who’ve killed their people even righteous retaliation weighs on a gunslinger’s soul When we award the Polygon Recommends badge, it’s because we believe the recipient is uniquely thought-provoking, entertaining, inventive, or fun — and worth fitting into your schedule. If you want curated lists of our favorite media, check out What to Play and What to Watch Arco wraps complicated character work and a killer soundtrack around some truly awesome turn-based combat The RPG doesn’t offer endless play and a million outcomes (I completed my first playthrough in 20 hours) but the choices matter — and the outcomes rattle your bones the Arco team is constantly ratcheting up the stakes of a war for a nation a hardened vigilante on the trail of unknown killers; Itzae a cast-out warrior looking to shed a curse; and Afur and Chio siblings hoping to score the deal of their lives — alternate taking center stage over a series of chapters that roll into a grand finale They each carry their own baggage… and skill trees which include everything from ranged attacks to healing abilities to quick movements and blade counters Constructed a bit like a Monkey Island game — and written with similarly sharp-witted funny dialogue — the characters journey from town to town speaking to locals and picking up missions that steer them closer to the Red Company The writing gives Tizo a grumbling Clint Eastwood edge while Afur and Chio play like two bumbling Coen brothers protagonists Even the punctuation hits hard; a well-deployed ellipsis paired with the sight of a burning village And it’s not all doom and gloom: Despite getting the boot from her tribe Itzae leaps out into the world with her chin up and a zeal for pounding bad guys — the Drax the Destroyer of this band of guardians and the occasional wailing Spanish-language vocalist clicks all the flavors into perfect harmony Though blood spills in tiny one-by-one blocks the brutality of Arco is relentless and haunting thanks to its calculated combat scenarios the fights are driven by pre-selected orders but a hero’s moves occur at the same time as enemy attacks as well as the trajectories of their attacks in order to make advances and outrun bullet fire all in the same breath If Tizo encounters three gunmen and a knife fighter the puzzle of the situation might require him to first outmaneuver Gatling gunfire by stabbing the nearest goon in the throat retreat around the bullets in a perfectly timed curved trajectory Various skills allow the heroes to dash around the arena or interrupt enemy actions with their own attacks which can either be replenished on a turn or scrounged up through items on the fly there’s never a one-approach-fits-all solution to any fight in Arco Complicating the fights — and your health bar maintenance — are ghosts of the past Players will encounter a number of moral dilemmas as they ride their llamas across the great expanse: The heroes can choose to help those in need whom they meet along the way They can offer their services to every apparent victim but then find themselves ensnared in a trap set for the gullible They can set their prisoners free or slay them with no mercy Decisions that end in bloodshed come back to haunt the heroes… as literal ghosts ghosts regularly manifest during combat in Arco based on the guilt harbored by each character And the specters don’t give a damn how long you want to mull over your next turn; if a ghost pops up they will swiftly approach in order to suck some life out of you Running away isn’t always viable when there’s a venomous snake monster or dynamite-throwing Red Company soldier on your tail Arco, by all accounts, has not found an audience. At least one dev blames the game’s ingenuity — being a mashup of ideas and flavors isn’t the easiest sell But I hope there’s something to be gained from putting a stunning work of game art and an exhilarating example of tactical combat Arco coalesces into a story most of us need to hear The Western genre is dominated by guns-a-blazin’ American heroes Stories that have challenged the tropes often grapple with the same iconography of white-man cowboys and Manifest Destiny and cycles of violence (see: Eastwood again or what Kevin Costner hoped this year’s Horizon could be) reframe the drama from the perspectives of Indigenous people Arco’s team seized the opportunity to tell a historical story with a magical-realist touch one that’s easily accessible but never flinches over the gory details of violence perpetrated in the name of colonization Arco is available on Nintendo Switch, Mac, and Windows PC. Lesly Muñoz, D-Woodburn, is hoping to address with HB 3647 that would require all gas stations to have signage visible from the road and near the pump I have heard from constituents that they are having tough decisions about how much groceries they can afford to buy and if they will have enough gas money to get to and from work," she said during testimony on her bill on Thursday before the House Committee On Commerce and Consumer Protection The Oregon Fuels Association is concerned that small business owners will not be able to afford the cost of adding large signage which it estimates can cost between $40,000 and $50,000 The association says it is working with Muñoz to try and amend verbiage to make it more feasible for those business owners said they have been aware of the Woodburn Arco issue "We learned about this several years ago This is not a member of the Oregon Fuels Association This is also an embarrassment to the Oregon Fuels Association," she said "There are over 2,000 local gas stations in the state of Oregon including many family owned and locally owned businesses and we would like to avoid adding costs to these local businesses due to this one station." When KATU visited the gas station on Friday an attorney representing the gas station's business owner says the price reduction is the result of Arco BP and the owner coming to a mutual agreement to terminate their contract Mills said the owner will soon be purchasing gas from VP Racing and will be removing the Arco branding in a matter of weeks Mills claims Arco BP was charging the gas station's owner above average prices resulting in the excessive cost to consumers When asked about the lacking signage he said the owner is within his legal rights to post on the pump only When asked for evidence of how much the owner had been paying for gas when contracted with Arco other gas station owners testified that gas profits are generally minimal and that gas stations make a profit on their goods and services inside the station like food Lagaso feels the current reduced price is merely due to public pressure and believes the business will continue to price gouge if the bill is not passed to prevent it and they hope to be able to do it," she said Salem resident Paul Patton needed gas to get to his job in Molalla When he pulled off of Interstate 5 in Woodburn he drove past a Chevron station that was advertising regular unleaded gas for $3.99 per gallon and stopped at the ARCO station down the street The ARCO station across Interstate 5 from the Woodburn Premium Outlets mall didn’t have the price per gallon of gas advertised on its street sign Patton assumed it would be less expensive than the Chevron because ARCO stations generally are He handed his debit card to the attendant and had them fill up his tank he saw on the pump display that he had been charged $96.61 for about 14.5 gallons of regular unleaded Patton went into the store and asked if there had been a mistake “It’s not a mistake,” the attendant told him The ARCO station in Woodburn has been charging high prices for years In hundreds of complaints to state agencies and on websites such as Yelp and GasBuddy.com customers allege a combination of deceptive business practices allow the station to overcharge consumers They say the marquee sign does not list prices Customers also say that pumps are labeled full service which leads many to stay in their cars and not see the prices on the pumps Representatives of the station say the business is following all state laws “I guess the thing is it made me realize No “I’m always going to look at the pump every time now but changed affiliation to ARCO around 2014 People have been complaining about the prices of gasoline there since at least 2016 There are 97 reviews about the station on Yelp with a cumulative score of 1 star (out of 5) dating back to 2019 Most reviewers allege they were “scammed” or accuse the station of "price gouging." There have been 14 complaints to the Better Business Bureau The 22 reviews with the BBB also allege deceptive pricing practices and all are 1 star (also out of 5) On gasbuddy.com, some 290 reviews date back to 2016 Some say that the station was selling gasoline for as much as $8.88 per gallon There also are 862 reviews on Google with a cumulative 1.7 stars There also have been 218 complaints made to the Oregon Department of Justice The most common complaint is “charging an excessive price,” but others are for other “false or misleading offering price” and “acted unconscionably by exploiting an emergency or disaster.” All of the complaints are marked closed due to the Department of Justice having no jurisdiction An Oregon Department of Justice spokesperson did not respond to questions from the Statesman Journal about the complaints against the gas station Oregon has no requirement that gas prices are posted on signs seen from the roadGas stations in at least four states — California New Jersey and New York — are required to post prices on signs that can be seen from the road Oregon's laws about price gouging related to gasoline only apply when a state of emergency has been declared The gas station and am pm convenience store at 850 Lawson Avenue in Woodburn is owned by LB Group The registered agent for the business is attorney Michael Mills of Silverton Garry LaPoint of Aurora is the other member listed Most of the ARCO stations in Salem are selling regular gas for $3.49 per gallon more than $3 a gallon less than the Woodburn station The two other gasoline stations that are directly off Interstate 5 in Woodburn sell regular gas at $3.99 per gallon So why is it so much higher at the one ARCO station Mills replied to a Statesman Journal interview request with a form letter he said he sends to customers who complain and in response to Department of Justice inquiries The letter states prices are shown on the pumps for each grade of gasoline and diesel “Some people have not been educated or have not educated themselves about the legal requirements for the posting of gasoline pricing or do not pay attention to the price when purchasing gasoline,” the letter states The letter alleges that the prices the Woodburn station is charged by the parent ARCO company are discriminatory and the business has not been able to get an explanation why it is charged more for fuel "Our station is a franchisee of BP Arco (Corporate) and is charged much higher prices by BP Arco for the fuel that we buy from them than they charge other Arco stations in the area This makes it necessary for us to charge more than neighboring stations in order to stay in business," the letter says It also states that from January 2022 through December 2023 the station sold fuel to more than 124,000 customers and that .0006% of them complained to the state “We have many repeat fuel customers who value quality and the amenities of our store over mere price of fuel,” the letter states The parent company did not respond to an interview request People have tried to raise awareness of the prices at the Woodburn ARCO station Some have gone as far as to picket the station 2 with the Department of Justice and posted a review on Google He said he's worried other people will continue to pay much more other stations charge “Who reads reviews before they go to gas station?” Patton said Bill Poehler covers Marion and Polk County for the Statesman Journal. it really feels like the beating heart of a game whilst retaining that huge scope of a Western There are a couple of endings to discover which rest on your actions throughout the games a tale as old as revenge has never felt so refreshing and morally pertinent the combat gameplay is equally as engrossing you see the whole battlefield with your character and enemies in plain view As you’re planning your next move in battle giving you ample opportunity to work out the best course of action moving will restore some Magia and standing still will restore the most Once you’ve chosen your move time unfreezes and every character on the battlefield will act accordingly The closest I can compare it to is Superhot you anticipate your enemies’ actions and manage your Magia to keep yourself on top It has a really addictive loop of repositioning and attacking forcing you to react diligently to each encounter Each character also has their own play style building upon your previous knowledge and challenging you in different ways like melee or ranged It really didn’t need to switch it up every chapter but the fact it does speaks to Arco’s overall quality there’s also a mechanic that takes advantage of your in-game choices the more frequent and dangerous ghosts during combat can be Ghosts don’t adhere to the time freeze and do damage if they approach you So when I said you have time to work out your next move you’ve still kind of got your feet to the fire as you do so It’s such a neat mechanic that raises the stakes of your combat encounters whilst also influencing how you make decisions outside of combat When you’re not fighting tooth and nail you’ll explore the vibrant lands of America Every area fills just one page but interconnects into a larger map making your keen sense of exploration a helpful tool things to trade or equally stumble upon an angry gang of toads wanting your demise It has that risk and reward that makes stepping off the beaten path a fruitful endeavour – it even can open up completely new opportunities that change the story Part of my need to explore was just getting to experience some of the vistas that Arco has to offer Using a blend of 8-bit and 16-bit pixel art the game has some of the most astonishing views I’ve seen in this style is beautiful and the acoustic guitar-driven soundtrack compliments just how amazing the visuals are It’s an unforgettable dichotomy of the dangers in the wild and the beautiful landscapes which they inhabit as the game on Switch is currently very buggy There’s a persistent audio glitch that kind of crashes everything audible into a cascading echo of noise whilst in combat I even had blue screens when entering combat encounters and had to restart my game Luckily the saves are forgiving but it needs a big old patch for sure Arco will get a fix for those technical problems and with those aside the game is a must-play The developers really defy expectations of what a Western is and show us what it can be incredible sense of style and engaging combat the small team have made the Western genre their own There are some glaring difficulty spikes that you can’t get around but rather work through which may be a big hurdle the intuitive combat is so much fun that it’s part of the enjoyment to overcome such tough battles There are also accommodations for switching characters by balancing the rewards and levelling up system so you’ll always have decent upgrades for your characters Arco is available now on Nintendo Switch (review platform) and PC via Steam Disclaimer: In order to complete this review, we were provided with a promotional copy of the game. it all feels very new as well as lush and vibrant Teco's problem is he doesn't have an offering and some Newcomers have posted up around the base of the tree so the community caravan rests up to pause and assess Cue conversations with your fellow travellers and some combat tutorials Getting an offering for the tree means slaying some lizards Slaying some lizards means learning to fight Arco's fighting is an interesting blend of turn-based and real-time combat You have a limited supply of Magia—pretty much your action points—every turn and get to take as long as you like deciding what you're going to spend the next turn doing both you and your enemies move simultaneously If they're gearing up to shoot (icons above their heads indicate what your enemies' next planned move is) you'd better hope you have the distance between you to move out of the way The strategy only gets more complex and involved as you race up your own skill tree and meet enemies with newer Keep up to date with the most important stories and the best deals It's a great mix that makes the combat feel both strategic and fast-paced and it's made all the murkier by the game's Guilt mechanic Certain actions—which haven't been explicitly marked so far in what I've played—will lead your characters to accrue I had a slightly dodgy encounter with some travellers on the road Turned out they were just a family nervous about a stranger on the road My next fight suddenly began spawning ghosts—literal emanations of my guilt but the thing is that those ghosts can move around and hurt you during the planning phase of combat Where before you had all the time in the world now you have to rush to choose a course of action before your own mind can start hurting you Guilt has plenty of opportunities to build up less than well (though I reckon it could have gone differently if I'd been better at the combat) Where Teco was a dewy-eyed and naive child Tizo's a grizzled old bounty hunter type with a long history and a prickly exterior Tizo's on a quest of truth-seeking and vengeance determined to find out who razed the village that hosted his only friends in the world That means plenty of opportunities to make choices and plenty of further opportunities to regret those choices adding all the more ghosts to your combat sessions during my time with the game I stumbled across a bandit camp while roaming the game's overworld map Some bits of evidence scattered about suggested they might have ties to the group that burnt down my village which had the amusing effect of disturbing my entourage: A man I was guiding to a nearby city as part of an unrelated side quest I left the camp having made the world emptier and Tizo's heart no more full and my next bout of combat played home to new ghosts I'm very eager to see where these choices take me in Arco's story which has been both truly novel and truly rewarding so far Colonial Mesoamerica is not a setting we see games draw much inspiration from which makes it all the more impressive that Arco has grabbed onto it with such ingenuity Joshua WolensSocial Links NavigationNews WriterOne of Josh's first memories is of playing Quake 2 on the family computer when he was much too young to be doing that and he's been irreparably game-brained ever since and has written far too much on everything from visual novels to Assassin's Creed and any game whose ambition outstrips its budget He thinks you're all far too mean about Deus Ex: Invisible War Arco Vara AS informs that the list of shareholders who are entitled to dividends shall be fixed on 6th of March 2025 as at the end of the working day of Nasdaq CSD Estonian Settlement System and therefore the dividend payment ex-date is on 5th of March 2025 From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2023 paid out on the 13th of March 2025 Arco Vara AS also paid dividends to the shareholders in the net amount of 2 euro cents per share on 13th of June 2024 1 euro cent per share on 13th of September 2024 and 2 euro cents per share on 13th December 2024 The payment of dividends for the 2024 financial year will be decided at the general meeting in the spring of 2025 Tiina Malm CFO Arco Vara AS +372 614 4630 tiina.malm@arcovara.com On the corner of 8th Street and Greenfield Avenue in Milwaukee It has served as everything from a family residence to a livery stable the building is being transformed into an event space to promote the arts and community relationships WUWM’s Eric Von Fellow Maria Peralta-Arellano takes us to the venue welcomed guests to an event called “Creative Mornings.” I'm going to take a second to appreciate everyone's face and essence for a second if possible It’s really emotional to be up here right now As they mentioned previously this is a new endeavor for me ..
