construction work for Milan’s new Tangenziale Est Esterna ring-road is going to impact on late-night runs on the green metro line M2. The changes will be in effect Mondays to Fridays from 22.00 until the end of service. Northbound trains heading for Gessate will run only a far as Gorgonzola
Buses will then cover the remainder of the route between Gorgonzola station and the terminus stops of bus lines Z312 and Z314 outside Gessate station
in both directions. Also from Monday to Friday after 22.00
maintenance work will affect the same M2 line nearer the city centre. Here
Piola and Loreto stations will each have only one platform in operation
so transport authority ATM advises passengers boarding trains to pay attention to the information displays and to make sure they take the train going in the right direction
