Karen’s children Brendan Hall and Devin (fiancee’ Felicia) Hall; Julie’s children Justin (Kelly) Sandberg and Jeremy (Emily) Sandberg to whom she was a loving and doting grandma; cherished great grandchildren J.J and baby Sienna expected soon; sisters Susan (Ron) Walsh and Joann (Joe Smith) Beighley; her niece and 5 nephews; brothers-in-law Rodean Kernan and Dale (Delores) Kernan Carolyn had many dear friends including cousin Nira and neighbors Boe (Hunter & Nathaniel) and “Grandma Lou.” Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law Rodger and Elaine Kernan; nephew Daniel; husband who was her one true love and co-pilot in life; and dear grandson 2024 followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m According to Carolyn and Dewey’s wishes their ashes will be united as one and scattered over places dear to their hearts Carolyn’s family wishes to thank her many friends for their love and support and are grateful to the doctors and nurses of the Dunlap Cancer Center and Mayo Clinic Health System for their wonderful care
