cabe destacar que cinco de ellas por lo que para que pase un megaproyecto como el gasoducto deben ser consultadas previamente de acuerdo con lo establecido en el convenio 169 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y con lo establecido en la propia Constitución Política sobre los derechos de los pueblos indígenas pues tendría que organizar actividades informativas respetando los derechos de los pueblos originarios El activista destacó también la ausencia del gobierno del estado el gobierno estatal tendría que estar acompañando el proceso de información y vigilar para evitar o disminuir impactos ambientales negativos Durante las últimas semanas la ciudadanía ha empezado a realizar algunas asambleas buscando enterarse del tema del megaproyectos y lo poco que se sabe es que pasará por una comunidad densamente poblada llamada El Potro Originalmente el gasoducto iba a pasar por Pahuatlán pero el trazo inicial contemplaba atravesar un cerro sagrado de las comunidades otomíes;
