Palestine 17-year-old Suleiman Mustafa Suleiman Qutaishat was killed in an Israeli drone strike Israeli forces deliberately blocked paramedics from reaching the injured children “We will never know if these children might have survived this attack if the Israeli forces had not blocked their access to critical medical care,” reflected Ayed Abu Eqtaish “This deliberate obstruction of medical aid reflects the Israeli military’s routine disregard for the protections afforded to medical personnel and infrastructure under international law often intentionally targeting these entities and rendering essential health resources for Palestinian children ineffective.” along with their 23-year-old cousin Adam Bsharat on January 8 as they sat outside their homes according to documentation collected by DCIP heard the explosion and waited for the dust and smoke to settle to see what had occurred When they saw the wounded bodies on the ground who threatened them with weapons and prevented them from reaching their injured children Israeli forces delayed ambulance vehicles from reaching the scene for over an hour before eventually transporting the children and young man via Israeli military vehicle to an unknown location Israeli forces were positioned around 750 meters (half a mile) away and there were no confrontations in the area After the Israeli military withdrew from Tammoun around 11:00 a.m. the Palestinian Liaison was informed by the Israeli side that the three people had been killed and their bodies were being held by the Israeli military the Palestinian Red Crescent Society retrieved their bodies at the Tayasir checkpoint east of Tubas and transported them to the Tubas Turkish Government Hospital for examination They sustained extensive shrapnel injuries across their bodies while moving through the Al-Batta area in the south of Tammoun was targeted by an Israeli drone strike around 2 a.m A Palestinian ambulance and paramedics arrived to evacuate Suleiman but were delayed twice: first by Israeli forces blocking access to the scene and again en route to Tubas Turkish Governmental Hospital where they were stopped and harassed by Israeli soldiers He sustained multiple shrapnel injuries to his upper body according to information collected by DCIP the Israeli military launched an incursion into the Palestinian town of Tammoun which continued until around 10:30 a.m Israeli forces carried out a repeat incursion into Tammoun on January 8 beginning around 7 a.m Israeli forces have killed four Palestinian children in 2025 178 Palestinian children have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the occupied West Bank since October 7 when the Israeli military began a full-scale military offensive on the Gaza Strip Israeli forces and settlers killed at least 93 Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank Israeli forces and settlers shot and killed 71 Palestinian children with live ammunition 17 Palestinian children were killed in drone strikes three Palestinian children were killed in an Israeli warplane airstrike one child was killed by Israeli-fired ground shell and one child was killed by unexploded ordnance (UXO) left behind by Israeli forces.Under international law children are entitled to special protections which necessitate that they receive the care and aid that they need during times of armed conflict Hamza and Reda are systematically denied that right as Israeli forces simultaneously continue to indiscriminately and fatally target children throughout occupied Palestinian territory These ongoing assaults on children’s lives are perpetuated by Israel’s entrenched culture of impunity which continues to claim the lives of Palestinian children nearly every day © 2025 Defense for Children Palestine All rights reserved Created with NationBuilder | Built by Tectonica It might be a little rough around the edges as we take some time to get the website exactly right We will never share your email address and you can unsubscribe at any time SEARCHThe global authority in superyachting Driven by his personal passion for yachting, Privat 3 Money founder Reda Bedjaoui is well aware of the intricacies of yacht financial management. Determined to provide a more efficient solution for yacht owners, he recently launched P3 Marine the company’s dedicated branch for the yachting industry BOAT’s Hannah Rankine sits down with Bedjaoui to learn more about his mission… Privat 3 Money is a digital financial institution tailored to high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWI and UHNWI) including a dozen billionaires and their family offices that manage various assets and use our financial platform to procure payments to management companies and crews I wanted to develop a solution specifically for the yachting industry and I’m proud to be a part of this industry which I manage using our platform to track its expenses My family has owned four fully crewed superyachts over the years so I have firsthand experience with yacht ownership and working with management companies I continue to charter yachts from time to time and maintain strong relationships with management companies brokerage firms and two of the captains I've worked with I saw a clear gap: no digitally enabled financial institution was effectively serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) While some digital banks cater well to the mass market once clients surpass a certain wealth threshold those platforms fall short - they lack the right systems and infrastructure UHNWI have been largely excluded from the benefits of the digital revolution don’t offer seamless digital interaction for their clients it was a natural progression to focus on the yachting sector I wanted to help the family offices I work with manage their assets in a more efficient and streamlined way I've often experienced challenges with financial reconciliation the reports captains provide during a charter are often far from ideal - if you're lucky but many times it's just a handwritten piece of paper Captains often lack the tools to efficiently track and reconcile expenses - especially significant APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) balances - in a tech-friendly way captains can upload receipts directly to the platform which automatically calculates the expenses This not only benefits captains but also simplifies things for family offices and yacht management companies family offices and management companies can all use it Another issue we've addressed is payment processing Many yacht owners face delays when trying to process payments through management companies only to be unable to pay for berthing or provisions because traditional banks can be hesitant to approve certain payments at critical times Our platform eliminates this uncertainty by providing a dedicated financial solution for the yachting industry We empower yacht management companies to form true partnerships with us they have full control and can create what we call “sub-profiles” for each yacht or asset This allows management companies to handle all KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements through our platform Given the importance of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) sanctions checks and KYC in today’s regulatory environment - especially in the yachting industry - we offer a fully integrated solution it organises and stores all relevant data and documentation in one user-friendly repository we continually monitor every individual and corporate entity that enters the platform This makes us the first line of defence for yacht management companies using our system as we’re constantly scanning for sanctions PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) checks and other compliance issues for individuals directors and UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) In discussions with leading management companies they've been impressed by these functionalities and the added security our platform provides We actively listen to feedback from captains and yacht management companies that have joined our platform and we've already made several modifications based on their input I recently spoke to a friend who is a leader in jet management and brokerage "When will you launch this for the aviation industry?" I told him that expanding into aviation is part of our 2.0 vision we’re looking at rolling that out as early as next year To find out more information on P3 Marine, contact the team at Privat 3 Money or book a demo. Sommerdyke “Medical office vacancy in the city is exceptionally low — less than 5% — with a severe lack of large blocks of contiguous space medical office rental rates have increased by over 10% and Newport Heights Medical Campus (anchored by UCI Health) — are all 100% leased “We identified this property before the pandemic and immediately recognized its exceptional potential based on its location, size, and construction type,” said Jason Krotts “Medical office buildings serve a broad spectrum of patients — from MedSpa clients to post-surgical orthopedic patients,” said Chad Manista ensuring patients have multiple options for navigating the building — an especially important feature in a post-COVID world.” “Medical practices tend to remain in one location for 10 to 20 years,” interpreted in a total look created by designer Massimo Monteforte which enhances its versatility and sophistication elegance and aesthetic consistency through English lacing blouson volumes for the shirt and a trench coat revisited in mods style A key element of the look is the softness of the Neapolitan-style blazer and pants that combine elegance and practicality the company also published a volume entitled “The Sign of Time--Art and Mastery in Reda's 160 Years.” This volume pays homage to its history emphasizing how the “chalk sign,” a symbol of sartorial tradition becomes a metaphor for beauty and precision but also a link between craftsmanship and contemporary art Another element enhances the celebration of this 165th anniversary the company involved artist Pietro Terzini who reinterpreted the letters that make up the word “one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five” in a fresh and cool key He transformed them into a graphic work that combines craftsmanship design and
