Poland has begun work on expanding the Sławków rail terminal in the Silesian Voivodeship (south of the country) with a view to Ukraine’s future reconstruction
Speaking at the European Forum for New Ideas (EFNI) in Warsaw

This location already has and can have huge significance
It’s where the broad-gauge railway from the east ends
this infrastructure is “a very tempting asset,” which is why the Polish government has decided that “supervision over development and investment at this site will be 100% in the hands of Poles
Poland and the world will support Ukraine’s reconstruction
since Sławków and this terminal will be a key hub in terms of logistics and transport,” the Polish PM concluded
