A child was filmed driving a car on a road in Dâmbovița County
The investigation revealed that the boy is 10 years old and repeatedly got behind the wheel
His 12-year-old brother also drove the car

The case was opened by the Traffic Police Office in Târgoviște and concerns driving a motor vehicle or tram on public roads by a person without a driver’s license and entrusting a vehicle for which the law requires the possession of a driver’s license
as announced by the Dâmbovița County Police Department on Wednesday evening

the man entrusted his car to his 10-year-old and 12-year-old children
the man will be presented to the magistrates with a legal proposal
