and the value of the works to be performed amounts to 41.5 million RON
The works involve the provision of design services
replacement of hydromechanical drive installations
implementation of automation systems and their integration in SCADA
the services that are the object of the modernization contract involve project management activities consisting in coordinating the works
procurement / manufacturing / procurement activities
commissioning in order to carry out a refurbishment / modernization project “turnkey” ”
With the observance of all the requirements of quality
health and safety at work and the protection of the environment deriving from the national and European Union requirements
“The hydraulic installations for operating the dams that equip the Gogosu overflow dam
as well as the electrical and automation installation have exceeded the normal service life
these equipments being in operation for more than 30 years
The works contracted today come to solve the problem of physical and moral wear and tear
to restore maximum conditions of accuracy in use and

The Gogosu overflow dam is part of the Iron Gates II Hydropower and Navigation System
at 875 km from the Danube spill into the Black Sea
It is located on the second retention front
