The first results show that the monumental burial mound stood here for many centuries and funeral and ritual activities of the local people took place in its vicinity It was thus an important ritual place and landmark in the landscape at that time," Krištuf said "Since the barrow is surrounded with a number of other contemporary graves and there is also an equally old settlement nearby we have the unique opportunity to explore the site in a comprehensive way," Rytíř said we can study how the landscape was structured at that time how the settlement and burial components relate to each other On the basis of anthropological and DNA analyses it will also be possible to trace social and kinship relationships at the burial site." Do you have a tip on a science story that Newsweek should be covering ET: This article was updated with additional comment from Ladislav Rytíř Newsweek is committed to challenging conventional wisdom and finding connections in the search for common ground Newsletters in your inbox See all has put out to tender a contract for the purchase of a feasibility study for the construction of a 1,500 MW photovoltaic park in Dabuleni-Sadova The estimated value of the contract for this study is about RON 3 million and the cost of the photovoltaic park is estimated at EUR 1.2 billion the company is preparing several renewable energy projects that will position it among the biggest players in the domestic market and Hidroelectrica is awaiting bids from consultants for the studies needed to start the project by October 12 The contract award criterion is “best value for money” where the price has a weighting of only 40% in the score The rest of the score is awarded for the experience of the key personnel and the ANRE certified designer – 10% and for the work plan and resources used – 24% will be built on land leased directly from the State Property Agency (ADS) The project has already been declared by the Supreme Council of National Defence to be of national importance Hidroelectrica estimates in the specifications that 2,200 hectares will be used for the photovoltaic park The location is the best in Romania for a photovoltaic park with a solar radiation level of 1,400 kWh/sqm/year The project would also benefit from a 300 MW storage facility and would be connected to the 400 kV Tantareni-Kozlodui line the PV park can produce about 1.75 TWh of electricity per year the feasibility study is a lengthy process including both the technical and the permitting parts because we are talking about the environmental ones the study is expected to take about a year and a half to complete Another very important project of Hidroelectrica is the construction of a floating photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 300 MW in Brasov County The company launched the tender for the purchase of a feasibility study in January this year the contract has already been awarded and should be ready in about a year and a half Hidroelectrica wants to use a site on which a 27 MW hydropower plant was planned before 1989 but which was abandoned because it was not economically justified The photovoltaic park should be ready sometime in 2024 it will be located within the ‘Mandra’ development on the Olt River in the basin of the former Fagaras-Hoghiz reservoir The energy that will be produced here would feed the hydrogen production unit that the company wants to build at Ostrov A feasibility study is also pending for its construction which would also establish the value of the investment The green hydrogen production unit on the Olt River would be designed for a capacity of 15,000 tonnes per year Hidroelectrica is aiming for a target sales price for hydrogen from Mandra of EUR 4 per kilogram by 2026 this would mean that the plant would generate revenues of around EUR 60 million annually Hydrogen would be extracted at a minimum yield of 75% and would be of the ‘ultra-high purity’ type Hidroelectrica reported a net profit of RON 3.94 billion for the first half of the year up 46% compared to the first six months of the previous year The profit achieved at mid-year is almost equal to that achieved for the whole year 2022 The company has seen exponential growth in the supply segment reaching almost 550,000 customers at the end of the first half of the year Hidroelectrica operates 182 hydropower plants and five pumping stations with a total installed hydropower generation capacity of 6.3 GW Hidroelectrica was listed this year on the Bucharest Stock Exchange Chevrolet Aveo and Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with a trailer collided in the center of Mykolaiv The accident occurred at the intersection of Potemkinska and Sadova streets the Chevrolet car was moving along Potemkinskaya street in the direction of Pushkinska which was moving at high speed along Sadova Street in the direction of Nikolska without making sure of the safety of the traffic and not passing Chevrolet The Prado and the trailer were thrown onto the pedestrian zone As previously reported, for 9 months of the current year, the patrol police of the Mykolaiv region registered 2,224 road accidents, of which 35% were accidents with fatalities or injuries This park covers over 1,100 square meters of entertainment space for children with disabilities It includes accessible swings and rockers for children in wheelchairs a large slide and activities for children with autism spectrum disorders and many sensory and emotional experiences "It's not just carousels – all children with disabilities think they're flying when they ride on swings This distracts them from reality and immerses them in a world where they are joyful and discovery that my wife Tanya and I have designed for children with these diagnoses and types of disabilities We have laid a strong foundation for our work in Ukraine in Lviv and 99% of what we do comes from our own funds and we hope that after being the first in this people in Ukraine will start creating special playgrounds for children and for the elderly," explained Eddie Wayne The wife of the Mayor of Lviv and a member of the Supervisory Board of "Dzherelo" thanked Eddie and Tetiana on behalf of the entire community for this gift to Ukrainian children "I want to thank you very much for joining us in these challenging times for seeing the beauty of our children and the beauty of Ukraine Because this playground is about the joy of life for our wonderful children the Lord speaks to us," noted Kateryna-Kit Sadova The park of entertainment and discoveries is divided into two zones – one for children with musculoskeletal disorders and another for children with autism spectrum disorders Everything is carefully designed for safety and accessibility for every child children with physical limitations can safely ride on swings They are secured in high chairs with special safety straps It is important to have the children facing the park so they can see all the colors of life and the beauty around them there are sensory locations for visual contact aiming to stimulate specific associations in children There are also sound panels where one can hear sounds of different instruments and educational space where they can have fun and experience many positive emotions This playground was created at their own expense by the American couple Eddie and Tetiana who are the founders of the organization 'The Bridge of Life' They came to Ukraine at the beginning of the war they proposed creating such a playground for children in Ukraine researched which activities would be most accessible this is their completely original project that allows children with various disorders to enjoy entertainment," noted Zoreslava Lyulchak the head of the "Dzherelo" Center for Social Services Eddie and Tetiana held numerous meetings with the staff consulted experts from different countries such as the safe distance from the carousel to the bars they are ready to serve as experts and provide advice on building a safe and accessible children's playground the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has started interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the local courts the Commission members in three Panels conducted interviews with 18 winners of the competition 15 of whom got recommendations for the appointment the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment: A break was announced in the interview with Roman Karavan and until February 13 The Commission has postponed the interview with Sofiia Kvasha Please be informed that a total of 434 winners of the competition to hold vacant positions of local court judges have to be interviewed A month after the tragedy which flattened the Wildlife Park in Imtaħleb after it was devastated by fires in which 15 animals died the owners have begun the long process of rebuilding the park from scratch he is determined that it will also provide a service for vulnerable people “you mentioned Buddy, and I just remember about him we miss them.”  Christopher Borg added when I saw him being burned it was horrible and it is not something I can easily forget.” Thanks to the help of people who often visited the park to admire the animals Mr Borg said that he is now more determined than ever to re-open the park and create a therapeutic structure for vulnerable people including those with a terminal illness and children with a disability   Chris Borg said that last month he felt like his life was over but he is now determined to get back on his feet and make a difference in other people’s lives Christopher Borg said that “vulnerable people already had a free entrance and could eat here Their cubs are also growing at a fast rate and in fact one of them is so tame that he is not even bothered by a dog and they play together without any problems  The Borg family hopes to be able to re-open the park by the beginning of next year /VIDEO/ Část trasy s využitím trolejového vedení a část na baterie budou jezdit pravidelně parciální trolejbusy z Bystrce na Sadovou a do Soběšic Jedná se o pilotní projekt brněnského dopravního podniku kdy na běžné lince chce vyzkoušet využití parciálních trolejbusů bez trolejového vedení Díky tomuto projektu se sloučí trolejbusová linka 30 a autobusová 43 do jedné „Provozujeme třicet parciálních trolejbusů které jsme doposud využívali především při výlukách zda a za jakých podmínek můžeme vozy nasazovat na běžné linky," řekl generální ředitel dopravního podniku Miloš Havránek Dopravce si chce ověřit kapacitu baterií každodenním provozem NEPŘEHLÉDNĚTE: Známe trasy linek MHD k novému hlavnímu nádraží v Brně, podívejte se. „Projekt navíc přináší benefit, kdy obyvatelé oblasti Sadová budou mít možnost přepravy do centra městské části, tedy oblasti Slovanského náměstí, bez přestupu," nastínila. Zástupci dopravního podniku plánují do budoucna stejným způsobem obsluhovat i další části města.
