The objective of the project is to reconstruct the Jelšingrad Manor
A key focus of the initiative is the revitalization of the manor house
with a particular emphasis on enhancing the economic and cultural aspects of the region
The reconstruction of Jelšingrad Manor involves the rebuilding of the roof to rectify its current deteriorated state
the revitalization plan encompasses the integration of new tourist attractions
with a noteworthy feature being a virtual reality experience designed to interpret and promote the rich cultural heritage associated with the manor
Financial support for this ambitious project is provided through the Recovery and Resilience Facility
contributing EUR 1.06 million to a project valued at EUR 1.34 million in total
The Municipality of Šmarje pri Jelšah plays a crucial role by contributing the remaining funds
highlighting the collaboration between national and local entities in the pursuit of cultural restoration and economic revitalization
the Ministry of Culture signed a co-financing contract with the Municipality of Šmarje pri Jelšah in November 2022
This partnership marks a significant step towards the anticipated conclusion of the castle's renovation by September 2025
the incorporation of a virtual reality experience aligns with modern technologies
offering visitors an immersive and educational encounter with the cultural heritage of Jelšingrad Manor
The completion of this project is poised to not only restore a valuable historical site but also contribute to the economic and cultural vibrancy of Šmarje pri Jelšah and its surrounding areas
On the election of the JZS Electoral Assembly on 28th of September 2021
which was attended by 73 out of 74 representatives of clubs with the right to vote
five more than the previous president Darko Mušič (JK Branik Maribor)
who officially led the judokas from January 2015
“I am delighted that the membership has recognized the benefits of my team’s program
I thank you for your trust and I am convinced that together with the members of the association
we will keep our promises and continue the success story of Slovenian judo,”
said the 49-year-old entrepreneur from Šmarje pri Jelšah
who has been on” temporary work ”in Maribor
“I see a lot of room for improvement and upgrading in many areas of the association’s operation
We will maintain and support programs that are successful
I will also propose an agreement on a joint strategy for working with young people and improving the transition of children and youth into quality and top sports for those judokas who want it,”
He emphasized that the primary task of the association was to represent the interests of all clubs and to establish equal conditions for their development
Urška Žolnir Jugovar and Borut Marošek will help the new first man
who emphasized the provision of conditions for further medals at the Olympic Games and other major competitions
and the new executive committee consists of Simon Mohorovič and Boris as new members
“The new management of JZS must urgently increase sponsorship funds by acquiring new sponsors
and from the annual sports programs at various levels it must also increase the share of financial resources through the possibilities of various tenders that are available
the association’s task is to use the acquired reputation in the European and world organization and ensure the transfer of good practices to Slovenia
where it will be necessary to raise the media reputation and visibility of this sport
Since April 2021 Galuf is a member of the Expert Council of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Sports
where he chairs the Commission for Sports Activities
and for the second term (seventh year) he is also a member of the Council of the Sports Foundation
January election complicationThe president of the Judo Association of Slovenia was elected in January this year
after a correspondence election session of the assembly
Lovrencij Galuf then received one more vote (34:33) than Darko Mušič
But that was not enough to declare Galuf the new head of the JZS
The official minutes of the electoral commission found that 74 out of 75 representatives of clubs with the right to vote participated in the election
but according to the rules of the association
the first man must receive 50 percent of (participating) votes and therefore Galuf did not really get that many
The complication was caused by invalid votes
There were actually only 67 votes in the ballot box
and if that number were taken into account
Galuf would have had enough of them to take over the leadership of our umbrella judo organization even then

who spent a long time talking to the officers also about their problems during the missions and on their return to the working environment

who returned from the UNMIK CIVPOL Mission in Kosovo

who took part in EUPOL PROXIMA in Macedonia

Among the 30,392 rapid antigen tests performed
A total of 1,157 patients were hospitalised yesterday (1,173 the previous day)
The average number of confirmed cases nationwide over the last seven days was 1,227
Yesterday’s new positive cases were concentrated in the following municipalities: Ajdovščina 24
the following seven regions were red: Osrednjeslovenska
Among these a negative trend was observed in the Savinjska and Gorenjska regions
Yesterday’s figures show that 5 regions are listed as black
but a positive trend was noticed in the Posavska
while conditions are getting worse in the Goriška and Obalno-kraška regions
Testing and first day of school a great success
Today a total of 366 schools and 327 kindergartens reopened
This involved a return to work for 12,822 primary school staff and 12,844 kindergarten staff
Meanwhile a total of 53,306 first-triad primary school pupils returned to the classroom and around 74,630 children returned to kindergartens
starting today laboratory practical work for students of post-secondary and university institutions can once again be conducted in nine statistical regions
Testing showed a positivity rate of 1.3 percent among teachers and educators (278 persons)
while 13 percent have already recovered from COVID
and they are counted among those who returned to school today
the Ministry favours the testing of children
but a final decision on this will be made by the Ministry of Health
In Mr Pečan’s opinion the testing has revealed a high degree of social responsibility
with a large number of teachers and educators getting tested
Also encouraging is the low percentage of positive tests
which is evidence that the virus is not widespread in schools and kindergartens
so they are also not focal points for viral spread outside school and kindergarten premises
The testing experience has been very positive
so it is realistic for testing to be repeated each week and for it to be conducted outside lesson hours
Legal experts are of the opinion that those teachers who did not wish to be tested could be penalised
since the decision of the Ministry of Health is quite clear
The circular from the Ministry of Education lists several possible sanctions
although Mr Pečan is not entirely convinced that this could be applied in the case of teachers and educators
One issue of concern is how to assign work to teachers who have not been tested and cannot teach
The option of schools rotating after-school class teachers from the 4th or 5th grades with those from the first triad does not seem the most ethical solution to Mr Pečan
Also instructing teachers to wait for work at home is not ideal
since it represents an expense for the school
Mr Pečan anticipates that in practice a solution will be created that schools can then use
In the opinion of psychologist Andreja Poljanec
children are being increasingly deprived of many joys and the diverse rhythm of childhood and adolescence
which means they are becoming more restless and fed up
For this reason they are more frequently cranky and uninterested in any serious work
especially due to the fact that certain age groups of children will probably continue to remain at home.
Parents should try to do everything to be as relaxed and content as possible
so the family can be a space of healthy and full mutual development
In these special circumstances children and adolescents need more tenderness
understanding from parents and not scrutiny
while adolescents need a strong emotional spark and healthy dynamic to feel good in the family
For children and adolescents the more challenging factor is not missing out on intensive learning but the prospect of missing genuine family relations and the experience of parents finding their way under stress
This is indeed a fundamental need for full cognitive development
