3 at the Rivne Psychoneurological Residential Care Facility
Professional makeup artists and hairstylists were invited to give everyone stylish makeovers
The event provided participants with a welcome break from their daily routines and helped them feel appreciated
“We organise such events twice a month to offer our residents moments of warmth
and express their gratitude for our attention and support
They often share their stories and memories with us
The greatest reward for me is seeing their happy faces and hearing their kind words – it’s in these moments that I truly realise how important it is to be there for them,” said Oleksandr Kyrylchuk

The event was attended by staff from the Home-Based Care programme of the Rivne regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross
as well as a representative from the German Red Cross
which supports the activities of the Active Longevity Clubs in the Rivne region
Active Longevity Clubs provide a space where older people can socialise
engage in creative and physical activities
