Law enforcement officers of the Zhytomyr region exposed a criminal group that was engaged in kidnapping people

Among the defendants is the current deputy of the city council - the vicar of the city
Grounds for extortion of funds were invented by the group members on their own
insulting the girl of one of the participants
illegal actions towards members of the group
Some victims were forced by force to write debt receipts and put them on the so-called “counter”
The amounts that the attackers demanded as payment of “debts” ranged from three to 500 thousand hryvnias
Ten defendants have been notified of suspicion
