the intruder set up a workshop for the manufacture of branded clothing items
The defendant bought about fifty sewing machines and
in order for his business to bring even more profit
he informally hired a staff of almost two dozen people
Workers sewed branded clothing on an industrial scale
Emblems and labels of famous brands were sewn on the instructions of the 32-year-old attacker
which later allowed the defendant to sell fakes via the Internet
investigating police conducted court-sanctioned searches
during which they seized about 50 sewing machines
already sewn clothes with emblems of famous brands
A pre-trial investigation is currently underway in the case
The issue of notifying the defendant of suspicion under part 2 of Article 177 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
All material evidence was seized by the police and sent to experts for investigation
