I thought Homes England were all about supporting SME homebuilders
it’s a shame Grappenhall just continues with big
volume homebuilders pumping out the usual and nothing like the Urban Splash House scheme that was proposed on that site
The housebuilder has acquired a site in Hollins Green
where it secured detailed consent for 110 homes in February
The deal could pave the way for 4,200 homes south-east of the town and brings the agency’s land holdings in the area to 617 acres in total
