Another man in his 20s who fled the scene on foot has been arrested in Norwich this afternoon on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. He has been taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning. It is believed this is an isolated incident, however police will be carrying out high-visibility foot patrols in the area over the weekend.
