Nottingham have been given the go-ahead. Stata Homes has been successful in pushing through plans for the scheme, which has been through several iterations since it was first unveiled a year ago. The development, off Radford Road in Basford, will be built on 2.4ha of derelict brownfield land and will feature a public open space.
