The Last of Us star Bella Ramsey is the latest creation from Leicestershire's Syston Knitting Banxy (SKB). SKB keeps her identity secret but is well known for producing postbox toppers celebrating personalities and events. Bella is about to return to television screens, reprising the role of Ellie in the smash-hit drama about the survivors of an apocalypse where most humans have been turned into zombies by a parasitic fungus. The spotlight has been on Ramsey, whose family home is in Leicestershire, ahead of the start of the second season on Monday, with the actor's face seemingly everywhere. Bella spoke to BBC Leicesters's Ady Dayman. A charity shop in Syston had a very special Valentines Day visitor last week. TikTok sensation Sophie Tea Art was in town to create something amazing for Age UK's Syston branch - and she managed to draw in a huge crowd into the branch to auction off one of her famous designs. Natalie is a volunteer at Age UK Syston and a Sophie Tea Art super fan - she told Ady Dayman what happened. Drivers who use a car park in Leicestershire have told the BBC they are being unfairly penalised due to problems with the payment machines. More than a hundred people have been sent parking charge notices despite paying for tickets at the Syston Town Square car park, as Caroline Lowbridge reports and Ady Dayman report. The car park operator, Euro Car Parks, hasn’t responded to the BBC, but the British Parking Association has told us it will investigate.
