violation which alerted to the presence of narcotics Officers searched the trailer and found 12 black and yellow totes containing about 579 kilograms (1,276.48 pounds) of suspected cocaine Parker was arrested and booked into the Jefferson County Jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance over 400 grams The Beaumont Independent School District (BISD) is set to implement a new policy
