The United States Geological Survey says the 2.3 magnitude earthquake was less than 4 miles from Bonadelle Ranchos-Madera Ranchos at 1:48 p.m
Early the same day, two quakes shook the Gilroy area
The second hit just one minute after at 1:42 a.m.
(FOX26) — A driver was arrested for DUI Sunday night after the California Highway Patrol got a tip from a concerned motorist
The 911 caller reported a reckless driver in the area of Avenue 15 and Road 36 near Bonadelle Ranchos in Madera County
The caller said the driver was all over the road and just missed having a head-on crash.
CHP quickly located the vehicle and pulled the driver over.
Officers determined the 20-year-old driver was under the influence and placed them under arrest for DUI.
