He was processed and charged with the following:

Calum McIntyre’s men earned a memorable victory on the road at Kidderminster Harriers to secure a place in the play-off final
Kyle Morrison scored the opening goal for the hosts as he bundled home from a well-delivered corner
The Blues grabbed a deserved equaliser through Dylan Mottley-Henry before Declan Weeks secured the win with a crisp half-volley that defied Christian Dibble in the home goal
as both sides struggled to flow in the windy conditions
but Nathan Woodthorpe almost forced a chance when he combined with Declan Weeks from a free-kick but Kurt Willoughby couldn’t connect with the cross
The hosts took the lead in the 18th minute through central defender Kyle Morrison
who bundled past Jimmy Storer at the back post after a well-delivered corner from David Worrall
Chester settled after the opener though and started to wrestle back control of the contest
Successive corners spelt danger on Dibble’s goal but the home defence dealt with the aerial threat well in the first-half
The pressure paid off for the Seals though as Dylan Mottley-Henry equalised from close-range
Connor Woods curled a dangerous effort towards goal that Dibble could only palm into the path of Mottley-Henry who was left with a simple finish
Kidderminster almost regained the lead in the dying embers of the half after a fantastic move but Max Kouyhar drilled his low effort wide from around 12 yards
Kurt Willoughby also has his first opportunity of the clash in additional time but his powerful strike flew just wide of the post
The Seals flew out of the blocks in the second period and almost took the lead in sensational fashion as Iwan Murray smashed an effort towards goal from 25 yards out that dipped and forced Dibble into an acrobatic save
Murray was involved once again just a few minutes later as he earned a golden opportunity
The 24-year-old was tripped inside the box by Morrison and Jonathan Maskrey pointed to the spot
Willoughby stepped up from 12 yards and struck with power but Dibble got down well and pushed to safety to preserve Kidderminster’s parity
The Harriers’ top scorer Ashley Hemmings came close with the hosts’ first chance of the second period
but his shot flew wide in comfortable fashion
Dan Mooney created a positive impact after he was introduced in the 70th minute
as the number 29 stretched the home defence and threatened Dibble on a number of occasions with his pace in behind the back line
a moment that sent 1,300 travelling Seals into absolute bedlam behind the goal
who arrowed a well-struck half-volley into the bottom corner
A brilliant strike that gave Dibble no chance and put the Blues within touching distance of the play-off final

"There is an irony that with so many Pride events coming under threat due to funding issues
with a number of regional Prides being cancelled this year
the LGBT+ community finds itself needing more support than ever
The community faces arguably its biggest challenges and attacks since the days of Section 28 with more and more division being created and misinformation spread
either from those who are simply ill-informed or those who deliberately wish us harm
Pride events such as Chester’s give all members of the LGBT+ community
uplift and champion eachother and this is more vital than ever in the current climate
In order for events like these to continue
events cannot continue without such support
One of the best ways to help us is to purchase tickets in advance and come and join us at Castle Square this year to be part of a fantastic
colourful and supportive community event.”

Town of Chester Highway Superintendent John J. Reilly III has been accused of shooting a DoorDash delivery driver who came to his home to ask for directions
New York State Police said they were notified shortly before 10 p.m
on May 2 that a gunshot victim had arrived at Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown
a preliminary investigation revealed the victim was working as a DoorDash delivery driver and attempting to deliver food to a residence in the Valerie Drive neighborhood in the Town of Chester when he became lost and unable to navigate using an app
The victim had approached several homes asking for directions before arriving at Reilly's Valerie Drive residence
told the victim to get off his property before firing multiple shots at the man as he tried to leave in his vehicle
The victim underwent surgery at the hospital
State police said in addition to being the town highway superintendent
Reilly is also a federally licensed firearms dealer
Reilly was charged with first-degree assault
second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm
He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Part of Orange County Court and sent to the Orange County jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail
$500,000 bond or $750,000 partially secured bond
pending a preliminary hearing in Town of Chester Court
Restaurant inspections: What Middletown restaurants were cited for in April
said Reilly "fully cooperated with members of the New York State Police in their investigation
we have no further comment on the status of the investigation."
Chester Supervisor Brandon Holdridge said he and the town board are aware of the situation
are deeply troubled by what has been reported so far
and hope the delivery driver makes a full and healthy recovery
Holdridge said the town is not taking any position in any investigation or legal proceeding
and the town's police department has recused itself from the investigation
the Town Board does not have control over Mr
Reilly's future as Highway Superintendent," Holdridge said in the statement

An investigation is ongoing after state troopers say a delivery driver was shot by a Town of Chester official
He is the Town of Chester's highway superintendent
Troopers tell Spectrum News 1 that on Friday night
a DoorDash driver got lost attempting to deliver an order in the Valerie Drive neighborhood
He allegedly approached several homes looking for directions
Reilly allegedly told the driver to get off his property and then proceeded to shoot the driver multiple times
Reilly is being held at the Orange County Jail on bail; he's due back in court later this week
Town of Chester Board members say they are aware of the incident
lasting for a staggering 635 episode run across 20 seasons
But at the time where they were both shows on their respective airwaves
changes were made to differentiate each adaptation of its characters
with one of the most notable being Marshal Dillon's right hand man
an assistant to the Marshal who often sounded older than he really was
It was debatable whether he was an actual Dodge City deputy
he was the best friend Dillon would have by his side
When it came time for the television series
not only would Chester's last name go from Proudfoot to Goode
Dennis Weaver would take over Chester duties on "Gunsmoke" for close to half of the series' run
having made his introduction in the very first episode ("Matt Gets It")
he played a similar part as Dillon's closest confidant
He was more of an unpaid intern than anything else
Weaver had two very specific trademarks in his adaptation of the character
with the first being a midwestern twang and the second being a limp
Chester maintained that limp throughout his entire run
which was a deliberate choice on Weaver's part
"I knew that I had to select something that I could easily control and make consistent
I practiced running and jumping over things in the backyard stiff-legged
Every episode of "Gunsmoke" is currently streaming on Pluto TV
