That's according to a new release from the City Of Cheyenne. The concert series will run from June 6-August 15, 2025 is organized and presented by Cheyenne Presents.

The 2025 lineup features a dynamic mix of national touring headliners and homegrown talent
Artists were hand-selected not only for their popularity and reach but for their ability to bring people together and create moments worth remembering.""

The series has grown to a professional stage and sound system
and thousands of folks filling Depot Plaza every Friday evening during the summer
We hosted a sponsor thank you and lineup reveal on Wednesday evening
You would not believe how our CRE team transformed the stage of the Civic Center into an amazing place to eat and announce this year’s acts
I was honored to give Sam Runyon of Charles Schwab the Stage Partner award
Ken Garff Toyota the Festival Partner award
and the Downtown Development Authority an award for their 20 years of support
Fridays on the Plaza has become a tradition where we get to hear amazing live music and share the experience with friends and family

Tiffany Easterling along with a host of loving extended family and friends
Cheyenne had a very loving heart who never met a stranger. She enjoyed all kinds of music
and fishing. She loved deeply and will love on to infinity . She will dearly be missed by all of her loved ones.
2025 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial following in Hillside Memorial Park. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 2:00 p.m
Rodeo fans got some sad news this week with news of the death of Rodeo Hall of Famer Roy Cooper
Cooper won multiple titles at Cheyenne Frontier Days and was a member of the CFD Hall Of Fame.
He was a regular contestant at the "Daddy of 'em All" for more than a quarter of a century

Cooper died in a Tuesday evening house fire at the age of 69
According to the Wise County Messenger
the Tuesday blaze at Cooper's home near Decatur
was still under investigation at last report
According to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum, Cooper was inducted into the CFD Hall Of Fame In 2004
The Frontier Days Hall Of Fame website includes these comments:

According to a booking sheet, police contacted Jay Marshal King in the Family Dollar parking lot at 508 Central Ave
it was found that King was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and had been convicted of it more than three times
King was arrested and subsequently charged with possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense
a felony punishable by up to five years in prison
On Monday, April 28, King was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on the charge
He was also seen on a warrant signed by Forwood for failure to comply with bond conditions on original charges of possession of a controlled substance in pill form and possession of a controlled substance in powder form
King's bond was set at $2,500 cash concurrent across all dockets and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday

Cox was subsequently charged with aggravated assault and battery - causes bodily injury to a woman whom he knows is pregnant
a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison
Cox made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Tuesday
during which his bond was set at $5,000 cash
and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Tuesday

knowing him to be the owner of ARC Welding and Fabrication and to have an active warrant for his arrest
spotted him driving a pickup with ARC Welding and Fabrication on the side and pulled him over at Carey Avenue and West 9th Street
Police say Montoya had a misdemeanor warrant out of Laramie County District Court for not paying child support
Montoya was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center
Then, at 9:37 p.m., police were dispatched to 214 E. 23rd St. (Cheyenne Regional Medical Center) in reference to a prior assault
found probable cause to charge Montoya with aggravated assault and battery - causes or attempts to cause serious bodily injury
On Monday, April 28, Montoya was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court on the aggravated assault charge

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch visited Oklahoma Contemporary to learn more about the new exhibition and what guests can learn from the art on display
Oklahoma Contemporary Director of Exhibitions AnnaVittoria Pickett says the art covers decades of Edgar Heap of Birds' work
"Honor Song is a 40-year retrospective of the work of Hock E Aye Vi Edgar Heap of Birds
a renowned Cheyenne and Arapaho artist," Pickett said
"His diverse body of work spans printmaking
Edgar focused on themes of indigenous identity
creating thought-provoking pieces that challenge viewers to reflect on cultural resilience and resistance
"This exhibition brings together hundreds of his works
providing a deep and immersive look at his powerful career," Pickett said
"This is also Oklahoma Contemporary's first-ever campus-wide retrospective."
Pickett says the exhibition is open until Aug
Pickett says Oklahoma Contemporary says a new interactive installation by Edgar Heap of Birds has been put in place on the grounds near North Broadway Avenue
"'Autumn' is an interactive installation by Edgar Heap of Birds
"It spotlights two painted basketball half-courts that were created in collaboration with Project Backboard
The work is a perfect mix of community engagement
Pickett says the courts are also free and open to all visitors
Oklahoma Contemporary will also be hosting multiple events in the days ahead
