Vandals who sprayed graffiti on rock houses at Kinver Edge have been accused of committing sacrilege akin to damaging Stonehenge heritage site
Watch more of our videos on ShotsTV.comand on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Kinver Councillor Victoria Wilson said she was left "heartbroken" after footage capturing graffiti spray painted on the isolated ruins at the Nanny's Rock and Vale's Rock area of the National Trust heritage site near Stourbridge were posted on Facebook attracting scores of views and comments by dismayed residents
Councillor Wilson said: "It's as bad as spraying graffiti on Stonehenge
The rock houses are historic sites and are dearly loved by the people of Kinver and surrounding communities
"This is a really dreadful thing to do and it would be great if the local community could get behind the National Trust to see if it can be cleaned up
"It's a sorry state of affairs for such an important heritage site
who has retained her Staffordshire Country Council seat following this week's local elections
also called on the community to support National Trust efforts to clean the walls at the secluded site which is also unsafe due to the risk of falling rocks
It is thought that those responsible for the graffiti also damaged security fencing at the woodlands to gain access to the houses

National Trust visitor operations and experience manager Claire Hale said: "The Rock Houses on Kinver Edge are treasured by all who visit and live nearby
and we are dismayed to see the kind of activity that’s happened here
Conservation work and archaeological surveys were carried out recently to better understand this particular site
"As a charity we rely on fundraising and donations from supporters to help pay for the ongoing maintenance
incidents like this are rare considering the millions of visitors who enjoy and respect National Trust places
"Whilst we understand visitors’ motives to share incidents like this online and express their concerns
we are also conscious that this gives a platform to this kind of behaviour
but we would urge anyone who bears witness or has some knowledge of such activity to report it to the local police
The rock houses were carved out of the soft red sandstone
The most famous are the homes at Holy Austin Rock which were restored and opened to visitors
just as they were when the houses were lived in
Nanny’s Rock houses where the vandalism took place and Vale’s Rock are not yet restored
The earliest record of people living in the rocks was made in 1777 when Joseph Heely took refuge from a storm and was given shelter by a family
The National Trust was initially given 198 acres of Kinver Edge in 1917 in memory of Thomas Grosvenor Lee

Dudley Council leader Patrick Harley has launched a new campaign to publicise a 'Zero Tolerance' approach to a range of issues causing concerns in the area
Dudley Council leader Patrick Harley has launched a new campaign to publicise a 'Zero Tolerance' approach to a range of issues causing concerns in the area
Mr Harley launched the campaign on the steps of Dudley Council House on Bank Holiday Monday
saying they were not just referring to nuisance neighbours in council properties
Mr Harley said: "Our zero tolerance will go much further than neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour in the community
We will not tolerate abuse of our staff doing a sometimes very difficult job
Dudley Council is investigating the extraordinary scenes at a meeting which led to a walkout by angry councillors
A meeting of the full council on April 28 saw the mayor, Councillor Hilary Bills, intervene to answer a question aimed at the council’s leader from Councillor Steve Edwards of the Dudley Independent Group (DIG)
Following a spat between the mayor and Councillor Edwards, members of DIG and Liberal Democrat Councillor Andrew Tromans stormed out of the council chamber and are demanding an apology
Balvinder Heran, chief executive at Dudley Council
said: “Following a meeting of the full council on Monday
the council has received representation from an elected member with regard to the chairing of the meeting
“Our monitoring officer will be looking into this matter and reporting back to the elected members concerned.”
confirmed the group has asked for an apology from the mayor
The row erupted during questions to the leader after Councillor Edwards asked whether the council’s constitution should allow appeals against decisions from the chair of the council
A motion from Councillor Edwards had not been allowed by the mayor as chair of the council
who said it would risk encouraging unlawful behaviour by asking headteacher to allow children to be taken out of school for holidays in term time
Councillor Bills told Councillor Edwards officers had advised him of an acceptable form of wording for his question which he had chosen not to accept
Councillor Bills also accused Councillor Edwards of ‘not telling the truth’ and added: “I have done everything according to what a mayor can do – I did the right thing.”
the only Lib Dem to walk out is also calling for an apology
He said: “It would be proper for Mayor Bills to publicly apologise for her conduct on Monday 28 April towards Councillor Edwards
“Madam mayor may be a former headteacher but elected members are not to be treated like misbehaving children.”
“I am still waiting for an apology for another tirade launched against me on budget night.”
Councillor Bills told the Local Democracy Reporting Service she was not commenting at this stage
A former worker at Round Oak turned artist met the Mayor of Dudley to present her with his latest creation
which celebrates the new steel plant memorial
Councillor Hilary Bills welcomed Roger Dean to the Mayor’s parlour at the Council House to receive his pencil sketch of the Round Oak Steelworks monument
His drawing captures the fine details of the 14-foot-tall monument
which was designed by Dudley’s borough artist Steve Field
The monument depicts a large industrial ladle suspended in the air pouring molten metal. It is located on the junction of Dudley Road and John Street in Brierley Hill
close to where the plant stood prior to its demolition in 1984
Mr Dean worked at Round Oak from 1970 to 1981 as a technical draughtsman in the engineering department
His father and uncle were also long-serving employees at the plant
He recently resumed drawing as a hobby and produced the intricate sketch despite living with a form of Parkinson’s disease
The drawing has been signed by the artist himself
the main fabricator of the iconic monument
It will be mounted in the Mayor’s parlour for future visitors to appreciate
Councillor Bills said: "It was a pleasure to meet Roger and get a closer look at his new piece of work
which is a wonderfully faithful likeness of our new Round Oak Steelworks memorial
"He has a real artistic talent and I’m touched he has decided to pass on his drawing to display in the parlour
"Round Oak is an important part of our borough’s rich history and it’s heartening to hear about the sense of community that remains among its former workers to this day
more than 40 years since the plant’s closure."
Mr Dean said: "When I attended the unveiling of the monument
"It was a good challenge to capture the rusty
textured effect on the metal and the contrast of it glinting in the sun with all the buildings in the background
"The monument is a great tribute to Round Oak Steelworks
a place where I’m very proud to have worked."

A Black Country MP is urging people to join her for a demonstration to save a village library
said she would be staging a 'day of action' at Sedgley library tomorrow (Saturday)
where she will be joined by Labour Party volunteers and members of the community
The lease on the library and clinic building
which was built under a private finance initiative scheme in 2001
Dudley Council leader Councillor Patrick Harley said both the authority and the local NHS were in talks with the landlord's agent about the future of the building
urged Dudley Council to look at either using compulsory purchase powers to buy the building
or to look at the options for extending the lease
More than 500 people have signed a petition organised by Miss Kumar
who will be staging the protest outside the building at 12:30pm
residents asked whether the building would be knocked down for housing
and access to the library all under one roof
She said: “Sedgley’s message is loud and clear
I’m even more determined to make sure these valued services are not lost
the Ladies Walk Centre plays a vital role in people’s lives
"I will continue to stand with Sedgley residents every step of the way
we’re showing just how much our community values and needs these services.”
Councillor Harley said both the council and the local NHS were doing all they could to maintain library and health services in Sedgley
“We are exploring three options and would prefer for the facilities to remain at Ladies Walk," he said
“We are currently in talks with the landlord’s agent to ascertain the viability of that
we will be looking to secure a building in Sedgley for the library to move to
We will continue talking to our health partners about the possibility of co-location and co-operation to this end
“We do not have any definitive answers or timescales at the moment but can assure residents we are doing all we can to resolve this
We will keep them informed every step of the way.”
Miss Kumar urged residents to share their thoughts by emailing her at sonia.kumar.mp@parliament.uk

Professor Jim Hall and guest speaker was Professor Turi King
Director of the Milner Centre for Evolution at the University of Bath
known for her work leading the genetic analysis for the identification of King Richard III
This multi-award-winning project involved a major retrofit of a 1950s building
but the team recommended that it would be more sustainable to refurbish the building
The project was not without its challenges; there were no historic plans
but through extensive research the project team ensured that the building could withstand the extra loading from insulation

Commenting on this year’s awards ICE East and West Midlands Regional Director
said: “I would like to congratulate all our entrants and in particular
Cundell and the Dudley Animal Studies Centre for taking away three awards this year
“Our judges had a diverse range of projects to consider from all sectors of the industry
Many entries this year also highlighted the sustainable benefits civil engineers in the region are bringing to our everyday lives and this particular project was a great example of that
"Our annual awards are important in not only demonstrating the importance of civil engineers
whose hard work and dedication can often go unnoticed
but in also celebrating the positive impact that civil engineering has right across the region.”

Campaigners are claiming victory in their battle to keep Dudley leisure centres under full control of the council
Peace broke out in an increasingly acrimonious row between the trade union-led campaign and Dudley Council
which has been looking at outsourcing centres to the private sector
Dudley’s leader
announced late on April 30 the tendering process was over and centres would stay under council control
Paul Quigley from UNISON said “This campaign shows what we can achieve when we get organised
“We would like to thank everyone who campaigned, of us should join a trade union, signed petitions and supported us to keep the leisure centres public and open, including the Labour Party and the Liberal Democrats.”
who had accused campaigners of misleading the public by claiming the authority planned to privatise centres
says savings elsewhere in council spending means they have ‘space and time’ to have another look at leisure services
Councillor Harley said: “The council has been and remains committed to ensuring high quality
inclusive and accessible leisure services in the borough that also deliver value for money for council taxpayers
we’ve carefully considered the tenders put forward by external providers
Our due diligence suggests that the best value for money in leisure centres does not lie with outsourcing at this time
“With the significant work we have taken to improve our financial position and with a balanced budget set for the next five years
we now have the time to re-evaluate and explore the future delivery of the service
“This shows we are being financially responsible to seek the best value for money
whilst also committing to continue delivering first class leisure services in the borough
“We are also keen for residents to be involved in this process as we work on ensuring a vibrant and viable leisure centre services provision for all in the borough.”
Mr Quigley added: “We welcome the opportunity for residents to input their ideas for the future of the service and look forward to the services flourishing to support a healthy

as the gimmick lasted just a few very weird months before D-Von was back smashing tables alongside Bubba Ray by Survivor Series 2002
despite the less than warm response from congregations across the country back in '02
D-Von has admitted he would welcome the opportunity to rattle the collection box again
Only this time from the sidelines rather than in the ring
After being asked by Trick Williams to reprise the character for a music video
ahead of Williams' 'Devil's Playground' match against Ethan Page at last year's NXT Halloween Havoc show
D-Von has revealed the Reverend could make a comeback if the opportunity presents itself
During his latest YouTube video
"So one of the things I was happy about was that in NXT
Trick Williams called me and wanted me to do a video with him getting ready for his match
I would love for you to come in this video and do exactly what you did back then.'
I get a chance to showcase what the Reverend D-Von character was all about to the new generation of fans.' It was a great response
It was something that the fans were really enjoying
because this was something that I really felt that I never got my just due for
because I thought the character was doing really well
I think it was the company that didn't let it really breathe and let it happen
hopefully one day I'll be able to come back as Reverend D-Von

A WWE legend is eager to dust off one of the most unique personas of his career
hoping for a chance to reintroduce it to today’s audience
recently reflected on his short-lived solo run as “Reverend D-Von,” a character that debuted during the early 2000s and left a lasting impression despite its brief stint on WWE television
The character was introduced in 2002 after D-Von was separated from Bubba Ray Dudley in the WWE Draft
He was sent to SmackDown and underwent a major transformation into a spiritual advisor known as Reverend D-Von
complete with a donation box and passionate sermons
The storyline also served as the WWE debut of Batista
the gimmick was phased out within six months
In a new video posted to his YouTube channel
D-Von opened up about reprising the character for a special cameo in NXT in 2024
He appeared in a diss track video with Trick Williams
ahead of Williams’ title match against Ethan Page at Halloween Havoc
“So one of the things I was happy about was that in NXT
Trick Williams called me and wanted me to do a video with him getting ready for his match,” D-Von recalled
I would love for you to come in this video and do exactly what you did back then.’ I was ecstatic
I get a chance to showcase what the Reverend D-Von character was all about to the new generation of fans.’”
D-Von emphasized that the Reverend gimmick never received the attention it deserved
He remains confident in the strength of the character and hopes to revive it in a non-wrestling capacity
I think it was the company that didn’t let it really breathe and let it happen
hopefully one day I’ll be able to come back as Reverend D-Von
Reverend D-Von remains a memorable part of WWE’s early 2000s era
Whether or not the character returns in a larger role remains to be seen
but D-Von is clearly ready for another sermon

They graced the cover of this very magazine in July of 2005
While blending crushing instrumentals with heartfelt lyrics
the band quickly built a dedicated fanbase
the band made headlines by openly distancing themselves from the “Christian band” label
embracing a new creative identity—one unafraid of explicit lyrics and honest explorations of doubt and personal struggle
the man behind the keys and the otherworldly sounds of Underoath
Chris and I first connected over a mutual love of genre films and theme parks
He has composed numerous pieces for me for different film and TV projects
but it wasn’t until we took over CCM that our conversations began to morph
With the release of Underoath’s new record
I approached him to candidly discuss the band’s evolution and his personal faith journey
Despite changes within the group’s collective beliefs
I knew that Dudley had remained steadfast as a “Christ follower”… at least according to his Instagram bio
Dudley acknowledged that the band’s move away from the Christian music scene was fundamentally about honesty and integrity
artists and bands… where it was very evident they didn’t really believe what they were saying… and we were just like
I’d rather do something else than get up on stage and say that we’re something that we’re not,” he said
“We knew we weren’t all on the same page when it comes to our faith and our beliefs,” he reflected
“For us to get up on stage and say that we’re all Christians and this is a Christian band—that’s not honest at all.”
Though Underoath’s lyrics now contain explicit language and themes
Dudley views his continued presence in the band as a personal calling
“I’m going to live my life the way I feel like God’s called me to live it
and I’m doing it here,” Dudley emphasized
He sees his role within Underoath as an authentic expression of that calling
There is a search for clarity when it comes to how a band once known for their loud faith could take such a shift
Dudley acknowledged how public perception of the band’s views can sometimes misrepresent his own beliefs
“It’s funny because generally with press
That’s just kind of how it works,” he explained
what I have found is it actually opened up a lot of interesting discussions.”
This journey toward authenticity and transparency is reflected in the band’s latest album
which Dudley describes as their most openly collaborative work to date
the lyrics were very personal between Aaron [Gillespie] and Spencer [Chamberlain]
but this record involved all of us discussing the themes and connecting on deeper levels,” he explained
This creative synergy has resulted in an album Dudley describes as honest
readers should be aware that The Place After This One is not a Christian album
and its lyrical content may not be suitable for all audiences
Underoath is touring alongside Papa Roach and Rise Against
“Every night Spencer asks who’s seeing us for the first time
and it’s 90% of the crowd,” Dudley shared
emphasizing the band’s continued relevance and evolving fanbase
Underoath concerts today are filled not only with fans who have supported them for decades but also with young listeners discovering the band—and some teenage angst—for the first time
“There was this kid at the show last night who’s probably eight years old
He’s probably going to be our age at some point and be like
I remember I went and saw Underoath… and that’s just wild,” he added
Dudley takes great pride in his role as a father
emphasizing how important family has become over the years
He also reflected on the brief period when the band called it quits—what they believed at the time was the end of Underoath
was less about burning out and more about choosing family over fame
“We kind of felt like we were in a position where we either had to choose between being present dads or being in a band,” Dudley said
“And faced with that choice that we felt like we had to make
the band realized the balance was possible
They returned in 2016 with a renewed sense of purpose and a healthier dynamic—one built on choice rather than obligation
His children have grown up alongside Underoath’s music
“This is probably the first record where I’m getting my kids’ opinions before it’s out
Dad,’ because they’re not into it
which is new and kind of cool as a dad.”
Despite distancing themselves from the Christian music identity
Dudley asserts the band remains deeply connected to its roots and legacy
“To erase that [Christian background] would be disingenuous,” Dudley insisted
“Even the guys who aren’t believers anymore understand it’s who we were at that moment
and we will always be an open book.”
Dudley remains optimistic and deeply committed to the ongoing story of Underoath
He embraces the band’s past while looking forward to its future
“It’s all about being genuine,” he emphasized
“We are always going to tell you exactly who we are right now.”
Even after decades of touring and personal evolution
Chris Dudley’s heart remains anchored in a simple but powerful truth: the importance of living authentically
it’s all about just being as genuine as possible,” he said
“We are always just going to be who we are
and who knows if that’s going to be who we are in five
20 years—but we’re going to tell you who we are right now.”
That commitment to honesty—whether on stage in front of thousands or at home with his wife and kids—is what makes Dudley’s role in Underoath not just about the music
Reflecting on the band’s dynamic today
Dudley shared a sentiment he’s voiced to his bandmates: “Even if we don’t agree on these things theologically… I love you guys and I love making music with you guys
And I love what I still see God doing—whether it’s a conversation I’m able to have with somebody
or relationships that we’re able to have out on the road,” Dudley shared
even when everything around him is shifting
Fair Warning: Readers should be aware that The Place After This One is not a Christian album

The beautiful mansion at Main and Giddings streets was the far west entrance to the little town of Visalia when it was completed in 1917 by prominent businessman Benjamin Dudley for his bride
The home was impressive with stained glass windows
big fireplaces and a dazzling dining room completely paneled
Kitty corner from Visalia (Redwood) High School and adjacent to Visalia’s famous “Smallest Park in the World,” the Dudley House was the scene of many social events
There are even stories that the Dudleys hid Japanese Americans through an opening in the basement during World War II to keep them from being sent to internment camps
The beautifully restored home is now used by various businesses and will be open for guided tours on Saturday
the nonprofit group dedicated to preserving historic structures and planning to turn the old Depot Restaurant into a Visalia museum
History of the Dudley HouseThe impressive Dudley House was built just west of the Parkside Tract
a subdivision established in 1909 north of Visalia High School by three local entrepreneurs
Benjamin Dudley was one of the businessmen who financed the housing project
One of the neighborhood streets is named for him
The developers wanted to ensure the tract was of high quality so they required that the houses had to be valued at a minimum of $800
Benjamin and his brother thrived in one of the first real estate companies in Visalia
They discovered the Lost Hills oil field near the Kern/Kings County line
So when Benjamin found a bride at the age of 37
and after a two-week honeymoon returned to the new house
but their many nieces and nephews spent many hours there
The Dudleys were both from pioneer families
His parents founded the 2,000-acre Sunny Slope Ranch north of Elderwood
Helen was the daughter of one of the original residents who lived in Fort Visalia
No detail was spared in creating the 8,000-square-foot Mission Revival style house at a cost of $35,000 (over $1.3 million today)
had an unusual corbeled arch fireplace flanked by stained glass windows
The huge living room had wainscot molding and a massive fireplace
The breakfast room featured a stained glass window with a scene of the Dudley Oil Fields
A beautiful wood stairway to the second floor had an unusual stained glass Palladian window at the landing
windows in the master bedroom could be lowered into the walls on beautiful days
The Dudley House had the distinction of having the “Smallest Park in the World” practically in its front yard
Visalia was famed for its beautiful oak trees
a huge oak which was nearly 100 years old sat right at the intersection of what is now Main and Giddings streets
The women of Visalia’s Improvement Club asked to preserve the tree
The 10x10-foot “park” was billed as the “Smallest Park in the World.” When the city of San Rafael challenged that claim
It was written up in national magazines and brought much publicity to Visalia
When the Dudleys moved into their new house
they instructed their groundskeeper to maintain a lush bed of flowers around the tree
After three accidents in a one-month period sent people to the hospital
Ben and Helen lived in the home until 1949
when they sold it to Ben’s doctor and good friend Dr
A decade later the Schors sold the house to the Methodist Church
The Methodists used it as their Wesley Hall
meeting place and youth center for the church
When the church moved out to Caldwell Avenue
Frank Cavale bought and restored the home to use as his company office
Cavale had a love of historic homes and brought in a Bay Area historical architect and the local John Peters Construction Company to restore the home to its original beauty
Peters recalls spending up to two years on the project
First he had to strip all the paint that was covering much of the beautiful interior wood
He used over 1,000 gallons of industrial-strength stripper to remove all the paint that covered the beautiful wood
The original roof was made to look like terra cotta tile
It was designed to be curved like terra cotta tile
Peters had to replace the tin roof with real terra cotta tile because the tin could not be saved or replaced
So although original pictures of the home look like it has a terra roof
Peters found the original carriage house door embedded between two other walls on the front of the home’s carriage house
Cavale wanted everything restored back to the original look
so Peters restored the doors and returned them to the front of the carriage house
you can see the original footprint on the exterior
Today the home looks much like it did in the early 20th century
The only real difference is that the huge living room has been divided into several rooms for use as offices
the rich wood and even the original push button light switches remain as a testament to the home’s elegant design

Lorna carried with her the warmth of her heritage
and her laughter and love spread far and wide
enriching the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her
Lorna displayed a boundless capacity for caring
never hesitating to place the needs of others above her own
This selflessness was the cornerstone of her existence; she was a beacon of light and compassion in her family and community
There was never a stranger she didn’t hope to cook for
filling her home with the enticing aromas of her culinary creations
Each gathering she hosted was a joyful celebration
especially her heartfelt renditions of Patsy Cline
Lorna’s spirit shone brightly as she embraced her hobbies with fervor
coaxing blooms and greenery from the earth with a gentle touch that mirrored her nurturing personality
Her passion extended beyond the garden and into the realms of karaoke and collecting
Whether bringing home a new vase to add to her growing collection of angels or belting out a favorite tune
she approached each moment with vivacity and joy
Family was the nucleus of Lorna’s world
who stood by her side through the seasons of life
they raised five remarkable children: Rey Ybanez (Kristina)

Lorna revelled in the delight of her 27 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren
often recounting stories of laughter and competition over her famous karaoke nights

She was fortified by her strong Christian beliefs
and her unwavering devotion to her church was a testament to the community she served with enthusiasm and grace
Loved family members across the Philippines will also remember her spirit and role as a guiding light

DUDLEY — A town official with a history of legal disputes was put on paid administrative leave
according to Town Administrator Jonathan Ruda
The town’s Board of Health voted 3-0 on Wednesday to put Health Agent Patrick Hannon on leave
It comes after a lawsuit filed last month in Worcester Superior Court by a local business that claims Hannon
the Dudley Board of Health and its three members — Jennifer Cournoyer
Heather Arnold and Roberta Johnson — took actions that hurt the business financially and damaged its reputation
The plaintiffs – Rampco French Joint Venture LLC
and Rampco founder Richard Androlewicz – claim all of Hannon's accusations are false
and they started after Hannon failed to enter into a business relationship with the company
the lawsuit claims the board failed to properly supervise Hannon
Efforts to reach Hannon and the board members for immediate comment were unsuccessful
Lawyer Courtney Mayo represents the board members and declined to comment
Ruda declined to comment as the town conducts an internal investigation
The town had received complaints about Hannon since the town hired him in December 2023; he was subsequently appointed health agent by the health board in February 2024
Ruda didn't recall the number of complaints and said he forwarded them to the health board
concluded Ruda and the Board of Selectmen have no authority over the hiring or firing of the town's health agent
falls to the health board based on state law
Hannon's historyHannon has a history of lawsuits in several Massachusetts towns over a span of years
the courts found him guilty and ordered him to pay hefty fines
Rampco operates a soil reclamation business in Dudley
and the lawsuit claims Hannon failed to enter into a business relationship with Rampco in 2015 that concerned a soil business
That occurred years before Hannon was Dudley’s health agent
include statements made during a 2016 town meeting in Uxbridge that Rampco was operating a property that contaminated Dudley’s water
Hannon allegedly alerted the state Department of Environmental Protection in 2016 that Rampco’s contaminated soils were an environmental hazard and the company falsified documents
The lawsuit also alleges Hannon used a stealth email account last year to alert the state and other parties that Rampco’s actions were contaminating the French River and Dudley’s drinking water
Hannon allegedly claimed a Rampco property released perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl chemicals
The synthetic chemicals are the subject of a slew of health and environmental lawsuits nationwide
the health board voted to support Hannon’s request to post information from the state DEP on the town's website connected to alleged PFAS release at a Rampco property on Fish Road
Hannon allegedly included information in the post about a property on Oxford Avenue previously owned by Rampco
“Hannon’s attempt to include information pertaining to the Oxford Ave
site was in an attempt to hurt the business reputation of plaintiff RAMPCO,” the lawsuit said
After the state DEP reported to the board in September about PFAS release in Dudley
the health board posted a video of the presentation with a link that included the words “Fish Road” in the title
That mischaracterized the presentation and harmed Rampco’s reputation
and the title was changed after the plaintiffs complained
Hannon also allegedly contacted Connecticut officials to make false claims about commercial vehicles owned by Rampco
Rampco is seeking compensation for lost profits resulting from delayed or canceled contracts due to alleged actions by Hannon and the board
It also wants the court to permanently bar Hannon from investigating any Rampco operations and from making any statements and allegations about the business
