A lieutenant with the Indianola Police Department has been arrested and charged with stalking an Indianola woman a patrol lieutenant with the Indianola Police Department after an Indianola woman accused him of stalking her Keller and the victim had previously been in a relationship that ended in December He allegedly continuously attempted to contact the victim and would be found in the same place as her and make his presence known which court filings say "would put a reasonable person in fear "Several neighbors have told her the defendant has been seen numerous times driving by the house," the criminal complaint states Keller reportedly let himself into the victim's home which "scared her," according to court filings Law enforcement later arrested him near her home after neighbors saw him walking around the victim's home who has been with the Indianola Police Department for 20 years is on unpaid administrative leave and is currently being held at the Warren County Jail Police Chief Brian Sher confirmed in a statement to the Register "These are serious allegations that the Indianola Police Department and the City of Indianola do not take lightly," Sher said in the statement "Due to city policies related to our employees we are unable to comment any further at this time."
