Authorities say 23-year-old Demond Tayveion Ross had died during an altercation on Lilly Circle
The altercation began with a group of females fighting
a crowd formed and Ross “was beaten by several people as he was trying to break up the fight”
Authorities say Ross was also hit by a vehicle when another victim was trying to flee
The Moss Point police have arrested Roy Deangelo Reeves Jr.
All three men have been charged with aggravated assault
Police say the charges could be upgraded following the autopsy results
This is a complex investigation involving several individuals

Officials say the flames threatened at least one residence before being put out

officials with Moss Point Police Department announced the arrest of 22-year-old Johnny William Anderson of Moss Point
Anderson is accused of murdering 28-year-old Pascagoula resident Spencer Watson
who was reported to Pascagoula PD as missing by his family on Wednesday morning
The case initially began on Monday when officers with Moss Point PD were called to the area of Baywood Drive and River Pine Road following reports of gunshots
Investigators spent roughly 2 hours searching for shell casings
Pascagoula PD contacted Moss Point PD to share Watson’s information
It was then that officials realized Watson’s information matched the information of the owner of the vehicle that was towed on Monday
Investigators searched the nearby area once again
Watson’s body was found roughly 60 yards into a wooded area off of Baywood Drive
Anderson is currently charged with murder and was booked into the Jackson County Adult Detention Center
Officials are still questioning people and the investigation is still ongoing
