The smile couldn’t be wiped off the face of Caitlin Clark following Iowa’s convincing win over the Brazilian National team on Sunday afternoon at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) stock is moving lower following new European sales tracking data. The electric vehicle (EV) company's share price was down 2.5% as of 2 p.m
Tesla's valuation is falling today in response to a Reuters report suggesting that the company's sales struggles are continuing in Europe
According to tracking from the Spanish Association of Automobile and Truck Manufacturers
Tesla's sales in that country sank 36% year over year in April after declining 17% across the first four months of the year
This update followed a separate report from Reuters last Friday stating that the company had seen vehicle sales in Europe fall roughly 37% year over year in the first quarter despite a 28% increase for EV sales overall in the market
With Tesla's core auto business under pressure
attention has turned to the rollout of the company's robotaxi service and its Optimus humanoid robots as the key near-term bullish catalysts for the stock
While these new ventures could eventually turn into powerful growth drivers
it will likely take a while for the businesses to scale up
Tesla's robotaxi services are scheduled to launch in Austin
and it's possible that the stock could get a substantial boost if the rollout goes smoothly and garners favorable reviews
the Optimus robots had been scheduled to enter production at significant scale later this year -- but reduced access to rare-earth minerals could delay manufacturing
With revenues for the auto business declining 20% year over year in the first quarter and indications of continued headwinds
the risk-reward profile for Tesla stock doesn't look appealing enough yet

Going head-to-head in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the second time in three years
the Florida Panthers will travel north to face-off against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Second Round at Scotiabank Arena on Monday at 8 p.m
the Panthers eliminated the Maple Leafs in Round 2 in five games
"It's that us against the world mentality that we've talked about for a few years now,” forward Matthew Tkachuk said of the series
“It seems that when we go up against the toughest tasks and the great teams
Hopefully we can do that again tonight and in this series because Toronto's one of the best teams in the league."
Kicking off their quest to defend their Stanley Cup
the Panthers punched their ticket to Round 2 by eliminating the in-state rival Tampa Bay Lightning in five games in Round 1
Having their hands full in a heated Battle of Ontario
the Maple Leafs pushed through to Round 2 by eliminating the Ottawa Senators in six games
“They have a lot of similar tendencies to Tampa Bay,” forward Evan Rodrigues said of facing the Maple Leafs
they like to hang on to pucks and make plays
Taking away their rush game I think will probably be a big key [to the series].”
After leading the Panthers in scoring with 81 points (39 goals
Sam Reinhart logged a team-high six points (two goals
Making an immediate impact in his return to action
who missed the final 25 games of the regular season with a lower-body injury
Showing off their depth and spreading out the offense
three assists) and Aleksander Barkov (one goal
four assists) all tallied five points against Tampa Bay
Sergei Bobrovsky went 4-1 with a 2.21 goals-against average
William Nylander had a team-high nine points (three goals
seven assists) and Auston Matthews notched seven points (two goals
who backed up Bobrovsky during last year’s run to the Stanley Cup
went 4-2 with a 2.21 goals-against average and .901 save percentage
two more key members of Florida’s championship squad in 2023
will take the ice for the Maple Leafs in Game 1
that’s true,” Bobrovsky said of facing Stolarz
“It was a good partnership as well last year
If you’re looking for an X-factor in this series
It’ll been Toronto’s power play against Florida’s penalty kill
the Panthers made Tampa Bay’s elite power play look pedestrian while going 16-for-18 on the penalty kill
including a crucial five-minute kill in their win in Game 4
the Maple Leafs have found success with a five-forward approach on the power play
cashing in on 35.3% of their opportunities against Ottawa
Riding their power play to a series win in Round 1
where despite outscoring the Senators they controlled just 44.92% of shot attempts
If the Panthers can lock it down on the penalty kill again
“It allows for interchangeability,” head coach Paul Maurice said of the five-forward approach on the power play
“You don’t see on power plays with a defined defenseman up top that he rotates very much
but there won’t be a lot of interchange that happens
There’s more with the five-forward power play
You could start at the top and end up at the net
They’ve got enough experience doing those things
“They obviously won the division this year
We have our work cut out for us.” – Seth Jones on facing the Maple Leafs
It does not happen often with the same guy
He’s got unbelievable skills all around.” – Sergei Bobrovsky on Aleksander Barkov and Sam Reinhart
They’ve got a tremendous amount of skill and talent
Just try to make them uncomfortable as possible out there.” – Sam Reinhart on Toronto’s five-forward power play
He’s been a perfect fit for us.” – Gustav Forsling on Nico Sturm
You want to play every other night and stay in a rhythm
you’re looking to extend your season by another 14 days or however long the series takes
You want to keep playing hockey as long as possible this time of the year.” – Nico Sturm on playoff hockey
- Fifteen different Panthers logged at least one point in Round 1
- Sam Bennett leads Florida’s forwards with 21 hits in the playoffs
- Carter Verhaeghe’s 28 career playoff goals are a franchise record
- Seth Jones led the Panthers with 25:41 of ice time per tilt in Round 1

UI has two dean searches on hold: the Graduate College and College of Law
The Gazette offers audio versions of articles using Instaread
IOWA CITY — For the second time in four months
the University of Iowa has paused a search for a college dean — with its Graduate College this month joining its College of Law in the limbo status of interim leadership
The university in February launched an internal search for a new Graduate College dean and associate provost for graduate and professional education after Amanda Haertling Thein — four years into the job — was appointed dean of the University of Colorado-Boulder School of Education
An 11-member search committee last month announced two internal finalists to replace her:
and campus leadership and participated in open forums with the broader community in April
“After interviews with campus stakeholders
a candidate was offered the position but elected to pursue another opportunity,” according to a UI announcement of the search pause
“While we’re disappointed the finalist chose not to move forward
we respect their decision and remain focused on identifying the next leader for the Graduate College,” Executive Vice President and Provost Kevin Kregel said in a statement
In pausing the search for its next graduate and professional education head
the university did not announce a timeline for when it might restart the process
UI officials said they’ll announce an interim dean to serve until they find a successor
The search stoppage comes just over four months after the university on Dec. 19 announced it was pausing its College of Law dean search
having decided none of the three finalists it invited to campus “was the right fit for the position.”
“We are grateful for the three candidates who visited our campus and engaged with our university,” Kregel said at the time
we felt that we needed to step back and take some additional time to make sure we find the right leader for Iowa Law.”
A new College of Law dean would replace Kevin Washburn, who after coming in as UI dean in 2018 announced last summer plans to step down and “return to the classroom and his research” on the UI faculty
Washburn wore many hats on and off the UI campus
Department of the Interior Agency Review Team for the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris transition in Washington from August 2020 to January 2021 — requiring him to take a leave of absence from the university
Washburn — a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma who from 2008 to 2011 served as chief judge of the Court of Appeals for the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Indians in Michigan and from 2012 to 2016 as assistant secretary for Indian Affairs in the U.S
Department of the Interior — was chosen by federal judges to “create trusts and direct the distribution of hundreds of millions of dollars of settlement funds arising from opioid litigation against Purdue Pharma
Washburn was charged with distributing funds to tribal governments “for prevention and abatement of opioid problems in tribal communities nationwide.”
UI officials told The Gazette that communication about Washburn’s service with the opioid settlement and its impact on his work as dean was confidential
“Dean Washburn’s work with the opioid litigation is performed in a personal capacity
outside of his responsibilities to the university,” a UI records custodian said
The three finalists considered to replace Washburn as Iowa Law dean included an interim University of Toledo College of Law dean; a law professor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law
with experience as an associate dean; and the dean of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law
The university has not announced a new timeline for a resumed law dean search — with UI law professor and Civil Litigation chair Todd Pettys serving as interim
Pettys and Thein last summer had been named search committee co-chairs — and still are listed in that capacity on the search page website
Of the university’s 12 college deans
eight have been appointed since 2020 or have interim leadership presently
The longest-serving UI dean is College of Education Dean Daniel Clay

As part of its post-bankruptcy restructuring plan
Ligado has signed an agreement with AST SpaceMobile to lease some of its spectrum for satellite-to-phone communications
Every band of spectrum — the invisible radio waves that enable modern communications — is valuable but often overcrowded
Debates about spectrum policy frequently devolve into a tug-of-war between federal agencies and the wireless industry
It isn’t a battle over how to split the pie
it’s a golden opportunity to grow the pie by investing in technologies to enable greater sharing to protect the critical operations of the United States military and commercial users alike
The airwaves used by our warfighters make the difference between success and failure
In more than three decades in special operations on three continents
I saw firsthand how crucial having secure and resilient communications are to mission success
From coordinating air support to tracking mobile targets across multiple theaters
our men and women depend on wireless tools to execute quickly
RELATED: All you need to know about the spectrum battle
The nation is determining how to best defend against hostile air threats, while policymakers are simultaneously considering whether to use spectrum auction revenues to help fund the budget reconciliation bill
but by considering these issues separately
It is time to stop pitting federal and commercial spectrum needs against each other and invest in technologies that allow us to do more with the spectrum we have. And that solution is spectrum sharing
the military shares spectrum across the services and with other federal agencies
Commercial users and commercial operators also share spectrum with each other
What has changed is the technology that enables dynamic sharing across multiple users simultaneously
Smart systems can play “air traffic controller” and direct spectrum use in real-time based on activity and need
ensuring bandwidth is available for all national security requirements
we will need to invest in both hardware and software designed for a shared-spectrum world — radios
chips and systems that can sense and operate across crowded spectrum bands
This is where the federal government can lead — by investing in the R&D that makes spectrum work harder for us without compromising key national security equities
This should include public-private partnerships that develop and test spectrum-sharing technologies with industry
We will also need federal spectrum policies that reward cooperation and accelerate this development
RELATED: NORTHCOM commander: ‘Strong concern’ spectrum auctioning could jeopardize Golden Dome
This isn’t a zero-sum game: The commercial wireless industry and our national defense both stand to benefit from better spectrum-sharing tools. The same technologies that could make a Golden Dome possible can also help supercharge our transition to 6G
And if America doesn’t lead on new-generation technologies
adversaries like China will quickly catch and surpass us
Whether the priority is warfighting readiness
ubiquitous 5G or technological competitiveness
the solution is the same: Invest in spectrum sharing
a more competitive telecom industry and a safer

Our latest roundup of worker wins includes numerous examples of working people organizing
bargaining and mobilizing for a better life
RWJBarnabas is a network of independent health care providers in New Jersey
and after a 2018 agreement forged with Rutgers University
it became the largest academic health system in the state
Clinically Focused University Practitioners (CFUPs) are physician faculty members with 10% employment at Rutgers and 90% employment at RWJBarnabas
This role was created during the COVID-19 pandemic
depriving academic physicians of the union-negotiated benefits and protections that their 100% Rutgers-employed colleagues in the exact same departments and clinics enjoyed
They were previously excluded from union representation
CFUPs faced intimidation as management attempted to suppress union support
but ultimately they emerged victorious in their fight for equal benefits and protections
“We do not tolerate union busting or creating new inequities in the workforce,” said Todd Wolfson
national president of the AAUP and local president of the Rutgers AAUP
“The corporatization of academic medicine has worsened physician working conditions
and the training of medical students and residents
The AAUP and our physician faculty members are going to change that
We are already hearing from other RWJBH physicians about wanting to join our union
Labor unions across the state banded together to fight H.B
which was authored by out-of-state anti-worker think tanks
This bill was passed by the state legislature in February and severely weakens the rights of public sector workers to bargain for fair wages and safe working conditions
Organizers submitted 320,000 signatures from voters calling for a vote to repeal the legislation
Unless opponents to the referendum remove enough signatures to disqualify it
voters will consider the measure either this fall or next
which has been more than two years in the making
is historic because it marks the first nightclub to have a union-represented stage crew in the Seattle area
Technicians and stagehands successfully secured meaningful wins like substantial wage increases
and it’s a pivotal opportunity for the union to build relationships and worker power with a previously un-represented subsector of the live event industry,” said Tiffany Youngblood
“We organized because we wanted to improve conditions
and introduce industry-standard practices and benefits.”
“This was the most significant attack on workers’ rights in history
and if Trump was allowed to do it to federal workers
he would be able to do it to every worker in America
So this ruling to restore federal workers’ collective bargaining rights and reinstate their existing contracts—even if temporarily while the case continues in court—is an important first step.”
The voluntary recognition is part of a growing trend within North America’s live‑events sector
festivals and theatrical productions have recognized the tangible benefits of a unionized workforce
“We are elated to be joining the IATSE after longing for representation and a voice on the job,” the crew members said in a statement
“We are proud to finally be a part of this organization that stands for fair labor practices [and] worker representation and provides community in an ever-growing profession
We hope to be an example of the strength that comes from a united front in the fight for workers’ rights and are excited to return to the ‘Chicago’ tour with a union contract.” “Chicago: The Musical” debuted on Broadway in 1975 and remains one of the longest-running musicals in history
and these IATSE ACT members are part of the revival that first opened in 1996
“It’s an honor to welcome these workers into the IATSE family and provide a path for collective representation,” said IATSE Assistant Director of Stagecraft Stasia Savage
“While the workers on this production are overall quite happy
LITTLE ROCK — The University of Arkansas at Little Rock has launched a transformational new scholarship program with the support of a $7.5 million gift from the Windgate Foundation to advance its mission of providing access to an affordable
high-quality college education for all Arkansans
UA Little Rock announced the creation of the Enduring Opportunity Scholarship Fund on May 2 during a special event at Ottenheimer Library
The Windgate Foundation’s gift includes $5 million to establish a permanent endowed scholarship fund
creating a sustainable source of financial support for future students
and $2.5 million in immediate-use funds to support affordability initiatives over the next several years while the endowment grows.
“The Windgate Foundation is pleased to support the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in its ongoing efforts to expand educational opportunities for students,” said Pat Forgy
executive director of the Windgate Foundation
“While I regret that I cannot be with you in person today
I want to express our deep appreciation for UA Little Rock’s steadfast commitment to making higher education more accessible for students across Arkansas.”
The Enduring Opportunity Scholarship Program reinforces UA Little Rock’s longstanding commitment to affordability and access in higher education. It builds on earlier initiatives such as the Half-Off Scholarship and Trojan Guarantee
made possible by a $25 million anonymous gift in 2020
“For the last five years we’ve made affordability a top priority for our students
We knew that to move the needle on educational attainment
we had to step up our game in the area of need-based student aid,” UA Little Rock Chancellor Christina Drale said
“We were fortunate to receive a substantial anonymous gift in 2020 that allowed us to take bold steps in reimagining how we structure our scholarships and to introduce new initiatives
our goal has been to create a structure that will help ensure that we can offer these opportunities in perpetuity
This generous gift from the Windgate Foundation does that and represents a powerful investment in the future of Arkansas
We are deeply grateful for their partnership in building a legacy of opportunity and success for our students.”
The Windgate Foundation’s support not only ensures long-term sustainability for these student success initiatives, but it also propels the university forward in a historic way. This generous contribution also marks a major milestone in UA Little Rock’s Centennial Campaign
the largest fundraising effort in university history
UA Little Rock has now raised $225.5 million toward its $250 million campaign goal ahead of the university’s 100-year anniversary in 2027
we believe that when students are empowered to pursue their education free from financial barriers
they are better positioned to thrive and reach their full potential,” Forgy said
“We are proud to support Chancellor Drale and the entire UA Little Rock community for their thoughtful leadership and unwavering dedication to student success
Forgy emphasized the transformative potential of investing in students.
“It is our sincere hope that this gift will help open new doors
and ensure that more students can access the quality education they deserve—today and for generations to come,” she said
To further strengthen the impact of the Enduring Opportunity Scholarship Fund
the Windgate Foundation has issued a $1.5 million challenge to the UA Little Rock community to grow the endowed scholarship
UA Little Rock aims to meet this goal quickly and build on it to ensure long-term impact and sustainability
Chancellor Drale announced a personal gift of $25,000 as the first contribution to the Enduring Opportunity Scholarship Challenge
“I am personally committed to this important effort and honored to take the first step,” Drale said
“I want to invite all of our supporters to dream big with me and help us grow this endowment many times over
we can ensure that affordable education is forever.”

On 2 May 2025, the European Commission launched its ‘Call for Evidence’ on the review of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)
The European Commission aims to review the SFDR to simplify the framework
Stakeholders are invited to submit general feedback rather than answer specific questions
in contrast to the European Commission’s 2023 SFDR consultations
This is an important opportunity for asset managers and other stakeholders to provide their views on the future of the European Union’s sustainable finance disclosure regime
The European Commission has confirmed there will be no further public consultation following this Call for Evidence
although it may carry out targeted outreach to specific stakeholders or their representatives
There is a general momentum in the European Union to streamline sustainability reporting
as seen under the ‘Omnibus’ initiative on corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence requirements
The Call for Evidence notes that the SFDR review will aim for greater alignment and to strengthen the coherence of SFDR with the sustainability reporting requirements for companies under the Omnibus amendments to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
This could be particularly relevant in relation to developments on the principal adverse impact indicators (PAIs) present in both CSRD and SFDR
SFDR has been effective in increasing transparency and giving investors access to detailed ESG information
the European Commission notes concerns about the lack of legal clarity on key concepts
the limited relevance of certain disclosure requirements
overlaps and inconsistencies with other parts of the sustainable finance framework
there is a risk of greenwashing and an “unwarranted exclusion of some sectors because of how some rules are applied in practice,” according to the European Commission
with the European Commission confirming that its revision of SFDR is in its work programme for Q4 2025 (coinciding with the CSRD Omnibus updates). After a lengthy wait
it seems it is now full pace ahead for a revised SFDR

2025 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff of the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit
the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit charges Civitas Resources and certain of Civitas Resources' top executives with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
If you suffered substantial losses and wish to serve as lead plaintiff of the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit
https://www.rgrdlaw.com/cases-civitas-resources-inc-class-action-lawsuit-civi.html
CASE ALLEGATIONS: Civitas Resources is an exploration and production company that focuses on the acquisition
and production of crude oil and associated liquids-rich natural gas from its assets in the Denver-Julesburg ("DJ") Basin in Colorado and the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico
Civitas Resources maintained steady oil production and accelerated the number of Civitas Resources' turned-in-lines ("TILs") – i.e.
newly drilled oil wells that have been designated as operational and added to the total number of wells in which Civitas Resources owns a working interest – between the DJ and Permian Basins
The Civitas Resources class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) Civitas Resources was highly likely to significantly reduce its oil production in 2025 as a result of
declines following the production peak at the DJ Basin in the fourth quarter of 2024 and a low TIL count at the end of 2024; (ii) increasing its oil production would require Civitas Resources to acquire additional acreage and development locations
thereby incurring significant debt and causing Civitas Resources to sell corporate assets to offset its acquisition costs; (iii) Civitas Resources' financial condition would require it to implement disruptive cost reduction measures including a significant workforce reduction; and (iv) accordingly
Civitas Resources' business and/or financial prospects
The Civitas Resources class action lawsuit further alleges that on February 24
Civitas Resources announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024
missing consensus estimates by $3.44 million
and non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.78 for the quarter
missing consensus estimates by $0.21 per share
Civitas Resources revealed several 2025 outlook highlights
including "[d]elivering oil production between 150 and 155 thousand barrels per day ('MBbl/d') on average," – a year-over-year decline of approximately 4% –"[e]xpanding [its] Permian Basin position with a $300 million bolt-on transaction that adds 19,000 net acres and approximately 130 future development locations in the Midland Basin," and "[e]xecuting on [a] new divestment target of $300 million" meant to offset the foregoing transaction
Civitas Resources explained that "[a]s compared to the fourth quarter of 2024
lower volumes are primarily driven by the DJ Basin
due to natural declines following peak production in the fourth quarter
a low TIL count exiting 2024 and in the first quarter of 2025," as well as severe winter weather and unplanned third-party processing downtime in the first quarter
the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit alleges
Civitas Resources additionally announced a 10% reduction in its workforce across all levels and the termination of its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer
the price of Civitas Resources stock fell more than 18%
according to the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit
THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased or acquired Civitas Resources securities during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit
A lead plaintiff is generally the movant with the greatest financial interest in the relief sought by the putative class who is also typical and adequate of the putative class
A lead plaintiff acts on behalf of all other class members in directing the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit
The lead plaintiff can select a law firm of its choice to litigate the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit
An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff of the Civitas Resources class action lawsuit

organized by the nonprofit Peace Over Violence
is the longest-running sexual violence prevention and education campaign
The campaign was launched in 1999 after a controversial ruling by the Italian Supreme Court overturned a rape conviction that occurred seven years prior
involving a 45-year-old driving instructor and an 18-year-old girl during a driving lesson
The shocking reasoning behind overturning the conviction was that the victim wore tight jeans
leading to the assumption that she must have assisted her attacker in removing them
women in the Italian Parliament wore jeans to work as a protest and a symbolic gesture that sparked a movement around the globe
Denim Day is recognized annually toward the end of April
aligning with Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Participants continue to carry along the message by wearing jeans to protest victim-blaming attitudes and to support survivors
Supporters are encouraged to share their participation on social media using #DenimDay to help spread awareness and inspire change
have been on a roller coaster of a ride over the past 12 months
swinging by triple-digit percentage points due to company-specific speculation and industry-wide uncertainties impacting future expectations of the business fundamentals
Some of these uncertainties have been cleared
while others seem to still have a negative effect on the way the market views the company today
The most recent catalyst creating a cloud of uncertainty in Super Micro Computer’s future came in the form of trade tariffs rolled out by President Trump in the United States
This factor centered negative attention on the technology sector
as the trade dynamics for chips coming in and out of China and the broader Asian region will likely affect the trend for artificial intelligence development shortly
Super Micro Computer made new announcements and rolled out preliminary financial figures that act as both a potential warning and a potential sign of better things to come in the future
There’s a different side to the same coin
and it will all depend on the risk appetite investors (and markets) bring to the table regarding this company and the broader sector
Starting with the warnings from Super Micro Computer’s numbers
there are a few items to worry about as a buyer and a shareholder
The first is the lower guidance for revenues and earnings per share (EPS)
as the company now expects to see half of the previous forecast
Understanding that EPS is one of the major fundamental drivers in all price action for a stock
investors can now begin to understand why shares of Super Micro Computer fell by just over 10% during the week of the preliminary results being released
as nonbelievers and cautious investors started to take some of these risks into account
there’s a bright side to all of this as well
and it begins with the fact that the company now has figures to report
steering speculation away from previous accusations of accounting fraud and another potential delay in filings now that the company has implemented a new accounting team and an auditor
it seems the company is getting its financial affairs in order before the next quarter is filed and released
but there’s another hint in this latest report
The company credits the lower revenue and EPS figures to outside factors that seem more of a reality than an excuse
Management mentioned that the reason behind these lower outlooks is that new orders are being rolled out until the next quarter
as customers are wary about making any capital-intensive decisions during an uncertain macroeconomic environment caused by trade tariffs
Some of the bigger names in the technology space have hinted at sharing some of these issues as well
so crowds can understand that this is not a company-specific issue within Super Micro Computer but rather an industry-wide complication that will inevitably be resolved
While the current price action in the stock won’t give the bulls any credit when it comes to evidence of better times ahead
the other side of the equation (the bears) can provide a bit more clarity as to how they feel about the stock today
10.8% of Super Micro Computer’s short interest was removed from the overall float
Investors can take away from this the fact that short sellers are realizing that the current downside profile is minimal compared to what the stock could do in a potential upside move
But the question is what sort of upside could be expected from this stock now that the bearish traders are starting to give up on their views
That’s a question for Wall Street analysts to answer
and a beginning can be the current consensus price target
which is set for up to $48.7 per share and calls for a net implied rally of just under 50% to deliver investors into much better territory of acceptance into better uptrends moving forward
investors need to understand that the tailwinds present for data center demand and implementation are the same tailwinds at play for some of the industry’s bigger names
Some have already reported favorable earnings and outlooks regarding further artificial intelligence developments and adoption rates
the gap to be filled on the upside is much larger than the gaps to be considered for the downside potential
creating the asymmetric opportunity that gives traders the paycheck they hunt for all year
