BOCA RATON — Investigators found Anastasio Caceres dead outside a house in Sandalfoot Cove west of Boca Raton on Aug
Nearly 12 years to the day from the fatal stabbing
Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies booked Peterson Eliantus into the county jail on Aug
Investigators said the stabbing followed an argument between the men
One witness reported hearing Caceres saying “Yo bro you really stabbed me bro?” after he fell to the ground
Eliantus fled the area after the attack "and had not been seen by family
neighbors or deputies familiar with the area," the sheriff's office said in its arrest report
investigators found him on Southeast First Avenue in downtown Fort Lauderdale and took him into custody
The arrest report did not detail how investigators tracked Eliantus to the site
County Judge Ted Booras denied Eliantus bail during a hearing Aug
26 and appointed a public defender to represent him
the county Public Defender's Office does not comment on open cases
Boca Raton: Elementary school increases security after man's 'offensive' social media posts
the argument began when Eliantus drove to the neighborhood
west of Florida's Turnpike and south of Palmetto Park Road
to confront Carceres about a comment someone had made about him
"I'm only going to go down there to talk to him," Eliantus allegedly said
according to what a confidential witness told detectives
Witnesses said the argument grew into a fistfight along Southwest 54th Way
Caceres at one point lunged toward Eliantus
who brought his right hand up in a stabbing motion
Eliantus then drove away from the scene in a friend's silver Lincoln
A group of friends took Caceres to an unspecified hospital, where he died from stab wounds to his abdomen and chest, according to a 2012 autopsy at the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner's Office
Cellphone records obtained by the sheriff's office confirmed Eliantus had called Caceres twice that night before the fight broke out
Robert Lee Carter (52) had a bad week. He was arrested for cocaine and domestic violence, had additional charges filed against him for violating a domestic violence order, and remains in jail at the moment.
It all started with his wife inquiring about him talking to women on dating websites. He pulled out a gun and started hitting her with it. The next day she fled, and a witness saw him with the gun, chasing her. He threatened to go shoot her daughter.
It gets a little confusing when it comes to the cocaine. The deputy’s report on that indicates the cocaine was found in Mr. Carter’s car during an inventory search in Coconut Creek. That suggests he was actually arrested in Coconut Creek, and the cocaine case should have been filed in Broward County.
Subsequent to his arrest deputies added an aggravated assault charge for Carter’s threats to kill the daughter and others in the family, making these threats while holding a gun.
Madeline Durning (age 52) was arrested for threatening her male roommate (32) with a kitchen knife. He accused her of chasing him with the knife and stabbing the door he was hiding behind.
Deputies found the knife with paint on it matching the door with knife marks. She contends the roommate had been pushing her around all day and was otherwise abusive. Deputies also found a trail of blood, which appears to have been her blood as a result of a self-inflicted wound, probably accidental.
We see no priors for Ms. Durning or her roommate.
John Woodruff (69) of Sandalfoot South was arrested on numerous counts of child pornography. He left his cell phone at Duffy’s in February. A store manager was looking through the phone to try to find the owner when she found the offending content.
The detective’s affidavit describes finding 67 photos of a “young white female approximately three to five years of age, both partially and fully naked.” In some photos she was “grabbing the penis of an unknown male.” There were other photos and videos. Some photos were “geotagged” indicating they were taken at an address in Massachusetts.
Working with local police and other contacts in Massachusetts, they were able to identify the girl (now age 4). The document is redacted but it appears she may be a relative of his. It’s unclear whether he took the photos himself or who else may have been involved.
Frankie Irizarry (44, Country Park subdivision) stands accused of attempted vehicle burglary after a resident of Rainberry Park (near West Boca Medical Center) saw him running through his backyard and then trying to get into his cars on the driveway.
Irizarry fled but was captured and arrested by deputies outside of Lowe’s.
The deputy noted this was his third encounter with Irizarry that day, including a domestic dispute and a drug overdose. Irizarry left West Boca Medical Center against medical advice shortly before the incident in Rainberry Park.
Irizarry has an extensive history of court cases but nothing after 2012. His FDLE record is below.
Dennis Becker (46, Boca Dunes) was arrested in April on a December domestic battery accusation. The case was filed in January and a warrant issued, but the arrest apparently took some time.
His wife accused him of pushing her to the floor and striking her with a bottle of water, causing deep bruising on her arm.

Emanna Johnson (24) was arrested after witnesses reported she was chasing her boyfriend with scissors during an argument. She and the boyfriend both denied the accusation, but she was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
Born in Georgia, Johnson appears to be registered to vote in Miami. We see no prior cases for her.
Juan Aquino-Castellanos (25) allegedly greeted a FedEx deliveryman in front of the victim’s apartment. He pretended to be the recipient. The FedEx man handed over the packages and then asked for ID.
Aquino-Castellanos ran away. A witness recognized him and said which apartment he lived in.
Deputies investigated thoroughly. They determined what was in the stolen packages and found that the suspect had listed them for sale on websites just a few hours after the theft.
In the course of their investigation they determined that Aquino had used the victim’s credit card without his permission.
Aquino was charged with felony dealing in stolen property.
Prosecutors dropped the charges without explanation. Aquino had a drug felony arrest in 2012 that was also dropped.
Tara Labbato (42) allegedly got drunk and kept waking up her husband over a period of a few hours. Eventually he got up and found a nearly empty bottle of vodka. He told deputies she wasn’t supposed to be drinking because of a DCF (Department of Children and Families) case.
He started to pour it into the sink when Labbato grabbed his necklace from behind and pulled hard. He got free and went to the bedroom to call 911.
She chased him in, fell down, and began kicking him.
Ms. Labbato has two priors that we see from 2019 and 2007. In a small world moment, her husband appears to be friends with the victim of Mr. Aquino, above.

Urine For Hire and More ByWarren Redlich August 2
2020 5 incidents to report from mid-July including counterfeit merch
Boca Gardens) was accused of selling fake Louis Vuitton’s and other fake merchandise out of the Hamsa Boutique / Hamsa Shoes store in Town Center Mall
After receiving multiple tips and checking with the brands
Boca PD sent undercover officers in to purchase fake merchandise
The buys were in mid-December during the Christmas shopping season
A search warrant was executed and conducted on New Year’s Eve
All 1800 were verified as counterfeit by the brand
met with detectives in mid-January with her attorney present
For some unknown reason her attorney actually let her speak to detectives and she admitted to committing crimes
Daniel Kaine of East Boca was arrested in mid-July
Police allege he took kickbacks from Genesis labs for bringing in urine specimens from Your Life Recovery
Kaine was reportedly operating out of an address in the San Marco apartments of Broken Sound off Military Trail
and was connected with the Your Life Recovery sober home in Boynton Beach
The fraud involved 5100 urine tests costing $1.8 million billed to insurance and Kaine received about $70,000 in kickbacks
Court records show two felony cases against Kaine in 2013 for grand theft and drugs
Watergate Estates) was arrested for DUI and cocaine
The documents filed in court seem incomplete
Normally the “probable cause affidavit” filing includes an affidavit where the arresting officer fully describes the circumstances of the arrest
In this case they filed the DUI paperwork but some key details are missing
The documents show he was arrested for cocaine possession but there’s no discussion of where or how cocaine was found
The initial encounter is also a little fuzzy
It’s not clear if this was a traffic stop or a “consensual encounter.” There doesn’t appear to be a sufficient reason for a traffic stop
All of this happened on Leeward Place inside the trailer park
Ultimately Doran was arrested and he refused a breath test
Doran had a felony arrest for grand theft in 2013 and a criminal traffic case in 2005 that is marked as having an open warrant
Sandalfoot Cove) was arrested for loitering and prowling in East Delray
He was allegedly looking into vehicles at Grieco Ford before 5 am
Looking at the Florida Statute, this looks like a case that should be dismissed.
One other interesting details is Delray PD used a drone to fly over the area. They were able to locate Sylvestre and track him down with it.
Julian Onsrud (55, Sandalfoot Cove) was arrested for aggravated battery by PBSO in at Delray Medical Center.
Due to heavy redactions it’s hard to figure out exactly what happened. As best we can tell Onsrud was beating another person, possibly his girlfriend, stabbed Onsrud four times with an 8″ butcher knife.
It appears Onsrud severely beat his victim and both were hospitalized. There was also another man present and Onsrud also beat that man causing serious injuries. Again the redactions make it very hard to fully explain what happened.
The mugshot looks normal and suggests that Onsrud was released from the hospital and taken to PBSO at Gun Club Road.
We see multiple minor criminal traffic cases in Onsrud’s past but nothing more serious.

2022 In our latest crime report the parking lot of O’Connor’s Pub in Sandalfoot appears yet again – and twice this time
Several stories involve Watergate Estates and Sandalfoot Cove
We also have a DUI for a country club manager
a criminal with a lengthy criminal history was released on bail just in time for the holiday burglary season
Neighborhoods mentioned this week include Watergate Estates
We often say nothing good happens after 2 am
This is even more so in the parking lot of O’Connor’s Pub
In this case Christopher Jones (48) of Watergate Estates was arrested for cocaine possession in the parking lot at 4 am
It’s hard to tell when someone has such a common name
Cichielo (age 51) was arrested for DUI in Jupiter
The police officer’s description of the encounter was thorough
indicating that Cichielo appeared intoxicated in multiple ways
We don’t see much history for Cichielo though he’s had a lot of traffic tickets
It appears he is some kind of manager at Broken Sound
While the paperwork in this case lists his address as in the clubhouse
it appears he lives in the Hidden Lake community in East Boca
Alister Apartments) was arrested for drugs in the Sandalfoot Square plaza
The arresting deputy notes that the alleged cocaine tested positive on one test kit (Cobalt) but negative on another (Marquis)
It is our understanding that the Cobalt test looks for cocaine while Marquis looks for other drugs
Matos also had a drug case in 2016. We’re not sure if it’s the same person but there was a news report in 2014 about a missing teen named Amanda Matos who returned home
East Boca’s Valerie Salamon (54) crashed into a pickup on Dixie HIghway
Boca PD claims she refused a breath test but the notes indicate she was vomiting which would make a breath test unreliable
The vomit contains stomach alcohol which can taint a breath alcohol test result
The breath test affidavit then contradicts the vomit statement by saying she did not vomit
She was then taken to a hospital but it does not appear she was asked for consent to a blood draw
She might have a shot at beating the DUI charge but it’ll be tricky
In his latest arrest Jeremy Voisine (34) is reported with no address. Voisine is accused of burglarizing multiple units of the Life Storage facility on Marina Blvd (SW 18th) at 441. He was tracked via the shops where he pawned the stolen items comic books from one victim and musical instruments from another. The story did make the local TV news earlier
When PBSO went back to the facility to investigate Voisine was there allegedly stealing from another unit
loading more comic books into a stolen vehicle
During the arrest process deputies found cocaine and paraphernalia in the stolen vehicle so Voisine faces charges for that as well
Voisine appeared in an August crime for armed robbery, but apparently was released despite a substantial history including another appearance in a May crime report
Those incidents indicated addresses for him in Boca Rio and in the Arium apartments at Powerline and Palmetto
While Voisine is facing five open felony cases and one open criminal traffic case
with an extensive criminal history including prison time
he was released from jail on Wednesday just in time for the holiday burglary season
Lousiana-born Anthony Borothy (aka Anthony Barothy
age 24) was arrested while parking a stolen Uhaul truck at Home Depot
Deputies had followed him from the Sandalfoot Cumberland Farms
Barothy’s license was also suspended at the time of arrest so he faces charges for both vehicle theft and driving under suspension
Barothy apparently claimed he rented the vehicle with a friend – Trent Manshack – and that they failed to return it
Apparently that’s still theft in Florida
We see no other local criminal history for Barothy, but he was apparently arrested as a teen for breaking into a school
Watergate Estates) was arrested in the O’Connor’s Pub parking lot for driving with a suspended license as a 3rd or subsequent offense along with an expired tag
The details of his prior suspensions are blacked out in the report
He has had a few cases in Broward over the past few decades including a felony arrest in 1992 for burglary
More recently he had a couple traffic criminal cases there in 2013 and 2017
Worst of all he appears to be a Patriots fan (born in Massachusetts)
was arrested for burglary and grand theft auto
He was with three juveniles (Isaiah Chambers
Rashad Rowe and Fabian Perales-Lopez) and the four had allegedly been using a stolen black Lexus while burglarizing a home
Perhaps his Facebook profile picture from last year was a hint of what was to come:
though any juvenile past would normally not show up
Jeffrey Sandler (51) was arrested after allegedly stealing a bicycle and various items from the West Boca Target totaling nearly $1000 in value
We see a couple previous misdemeanor retail theft cases in his past and no reported address for him
A few years ago he had an address in Lake Worth
We should note this is not the same person as the Boca lawyer named Jeffrey Sandler
Sandalfoot Cove) was arrested and charged with felony driving under suspension
Pericles has had thirty cases in the Palm Beach courts including more than ten criminal traffic matters and multiple misdemeanors and felonies
Despite that lengthy history it appears this felony was reduced to a misdemeanor already as our county prosecutor again shows his soft approach to such drivers
33-year-old Becky Levinson of Sandalfoot Cove was arrested on felony scheme to defraud charges after being accused of stealing cash from the West Boca Walmart where she worked
Surveillance cameras showed her taking cash on a few occasions
The charge has already been reduced to a misdemeanor
though there is a retail theft case from 2005
Colby Skurnik (36, Boca West) has his second appearance in a couple months. The first was in a September report
More recently she was arrested twice in a few days
once for giving a fake ID to a police officer and once for possession of drug paraphernalia
One of her recent arrests shows the same Boca West address from September
but the other shows an address in the new Dakota development off 441 in West Delray
In one case she falsely identified herself to a Delray police officer who eventually got her ID and determined she had an active warrant
In the other case she was pulled over for speeding on a moped and a crack pipe fell out of her pocket while she was taking out her wallet
She appears to be related to the Broadway actor Joshua Skurnick
Mark Lester (56) of the Courtyards in Boca Del Mar was arrested for violating “several active protective orders”
burglary and more when he tried to break into his ex-girlfriend’s unit in Courtyards
He had notified the Jupiter Police that he was heading to do this
A PBSO deputy met him there but before she could stop him
he smashed the Ring doorbell with a hammer
and then tried to get into the courtyard of the unit
At this point the deputy “escorted him to the ground.” He was taken to West Boca Medical Center and court records indicate he was hospitalized for roughly two weeks
Lester also has a pending misdemeanor we covered in a recent crime report.
Paulo Da Silva Alves (37) was arrested for domestic battery at his home in River Oaks (SW 18th at Lyons). He allegedly kicked his wife in the chest during an argument. The deputy noted that his story was wildly inconsistent while the wife’s story was consistent and she had a mark on her chest that fit with the alleged kick.
We see no prior history for him in the courts.

Neighborhoods include Watergate Estates (twice), Palmetto Pines, Boca Rio, Sandalfoot Cove, and a few from East Boca.
Scott Zagofsky (40, Sandalfoot Cove) has a lot going on. It starts with a domestic dispute and finished with Zagofsky punching a deputy multiple times in the head, then kicking and punching other deputies. A Taser was used multiple times.
Zagofsky has multiple prior domestic cases here in Palm Beach County. He has a pending felony drug case in Broward with an active warrant, and some old felonies there as well.
Temple Inman (56, East Boca) was arrested for a DUI Hit & Run on Diego Drive in Mission Bay after she crashed into a Honda minivan at Glades & Diego and then drove away.
Deputies found multiple open cans of Miller Lite in her car. She refused a breath test.
Charges include driving a revoked license (prior DUI), repeat refusal of breath test, leaving scene of crash with injuries and DUI with property damage.
Court records show she had two DUI arrests in February 2018, and a felony battery on a senior in 2016. Earlier this year she was arrested by Delray PD after giving them a fake name.Pro Tip: If you’re going to give police a fake name, it shouldn’t be someone who has a warrant.
David Hernandez (34) was arrested for stealing packages from other residents of his apartment complex near the San Remo Golf & Tennis Club (Yamato just east of I-95).
Hernandez has several prior cases, mostly minor crimes, none of them hair-related.
Nelson Paul (24, San Marino at Town Place) was arrested for choking and hitting his girlfriend, stopping her from calling police, and preventing her from leaving the apartment. She managed to escape.
He was arrested at the nearby CVS on St. Andrews. No CVS receipts were used in committing the crime.
We see no criminal history for him, but he has had several traffic cases.
A spat in Sandalfoot Cove led deputies to arrest Sandra Casey (50, Boca Rio). Her common-law wife accused Casey of hitting her in the face and stopping her from calling 911.
It appears Casey was angry that her fiancée called off the engagement while they were out drinking.
We see one prior domestic violence case involving Ms. Casey.
Louis Almeida (61, Palmetto Pines) was arrested for aggravated assault with a firearms after he pointed a shotgun at a restaurant owner. The incident occurred in the back alley behind the restaurants just north of the Sandalfoot Cumberland Farms.
It began when Almeida had an argument from his car with a 13-year-old behind the restaurant. The kid’s dad came out and Almeida drove away, threatening to return and shoot “the bitch” – the child.
Almeida did indeed return in his car and pointed a shotgun at the owner, again from his car. The owner grabbed the barrel and deflected it away from himself. Almeida drove away again.
Witnesses got Almeida’s plate and deputies went to his home, where he told multiple inconsistent storied and denied owning a shotgun. He consented to a search and police found a shotgun in his home.
Deputies did not find ammunition so it appears the gun was not loaded. We see no priors for Almeida.
Jesse Lebrecht (28, Watergate Estates) was arrested after his girlfriend accused him of throwing her to the ground during a domestic dispute. We see no prior arrests for him.
Bradley Barber (50, Watergate Estates) was arrested on drug charges. Back in September a PBSO team were informed about a drug dealer using a particular phone number. An undercover agent contacted the number and engaged in a transaction with Barber at his (Barber’s) home.
A month or so later the team searched the home with a warrant. Deputies found crack cocaine and various pills.
For some reason he wasn’t arrested until 5 months later. We suspect he was working for them as an informant, and at some point he didn’t do what they wanted and that’s why he was finally arrested.

2020 Seven more crime incidents to report from Boca Winds
24-year-old Jed Schneiderman of Fieldbrook Estates was arrested on A1A north of Gumbo Limbo
He’s accused of burglary with a firearm at a condo in The Aegean
He was arrested along with Zachary Charlton of Pompano
A resident in one of the condos called police after seeing unknown men on her balcony and other balconies after midnight
Boca PD found Schneiderman and Charlton walking on A1A
another resident sent security camera footage from inside his condo showing both suspects inside
Schneiderman’s charges include stealing a firearm and thus possessing a firearm during a burglary
Charlton has a couple cases in his past in Broward
Schneiderman is a Marjory Stoneman Douglas graduate who has worked in West Boca
Arium Apartments) was arrested for marijuana but his case does not show up in the court dockets
Jones has a fairly extensive record for such a young age including state prison time
In another “youths behaving badly” incident
18-year-old Kevin Restrepo Betancur was arrested for burglarizing multiple vehicles near his house in the Regency Place subdivision of Boca Winds (Middletown Drive)
He told deputies he was looking for money to buy marijuana and Xanax
but crimes he may have committed as a minor might not show up
Pines of Boca Barwood) was arrested for battery
His girlfriend called police saying that he was “verbally abusive and belligerent”
which doesn’t sound like battery to us
During the conversation on scene she said he “pushed her back on the couch” at one point
but she had no visible injuries and did not wish to cooperate with an arrest
Deputies then went to their apartment where Incavido refused to cooperate
They tried to detain him and in the process contend that Incavido resisted arrest
The affidavit doesn’t say why but court records (and the mugshot) indicate that Incavido was hospitalized
We reported on arrests he had in 2014 and 2015
This arrest is relatively minor but it suggests more
Maimon was arrested for loitering and/or prowling
There were two different incidents where Maimon was seen by residents on their property
The deputy did not have enough evidence to charge him with vehicle burglary
though one was reported in the Avalon neighborhood that fit otherwise
The loitering/prowling charge is a tough one to prove
Peter Nelson (58) of Boca Landings had a bad evening
His son (also named Peter) apparently called 911 about a dispute with his father
On the facts as described this does not look good for the deputies
The son did not indicate his father was violent
Rather the son said he tried to restrain his father
When the deputies went inside the father was uncooperative and told them to arrest him or “get fuck out of his residence.”
It’s unclear at this point why the deputies did not obey the order to leave the residence
The deputy then writes that he decided to arrest the father for “domestic battery” with no indication we can see in the affidavit of any such battery
The only touching (required in a battery charge) between father and son was initiated by the son
When the father was uncooperative with the arrest
the deputies took him down to the floor at which point he got his legs around one of the depuites in an attempt to choke him
which seems somewhat inconsistent with the mugshot showing severe injuries to Mr
Nelson faces charges for domestic battery resisting with violence
battery on a deputy and aggravated battery on a deputy
So far he is represented by a public defender
at least through a hearing to challenge the initial arrest
he might do well and have a very good case against PBSO for unlawful arrest and excessive force
The Cahill family in the Winding Lakes I subdivision of Loggers’ Run are back in the crime reports for the third time within about six months
William Cahill (52) was in a September report facing a domestic battery charge. Last week his son Patrick was in our report for punching dad. Both charges were dropped by prosecutors.
Dad also had a charge in January for DUI that we apparently missed for our crime report.
In their latest incident, in late March, William was involved in an argument with his wife. He grabbed a knife and threatened to stab himself with it, and cut his hand in the process.
He then allegedly chased his wife while he was still holding the knife – thus netting the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. His son took the knife away and William fled, leaving a trail of blood from his hand that deputies found when they arrived.

2019 We have over a dozen incidents to report involving West Boca residents
including a Century Village resident accused of selling cocaine
Boca Del Mar had a few incidents along with Sandalfoot Cove and Mission Bay
68-year-old Albert Cox was arrested after he sold powder cocaine on two occasions to an undercover PBSO investigator
One sale took place at the Publix Greenwise near Town Center Mall
In both transactions Cox charged $60 for 0.8 grams of powder cocaine
The transactions were in late February and early March
We don’t see much criminal history for Cox
In 1999 he had an aggravated assault charge in Broward
He lived in the Sonata subdivision of Mission Bay at the time
He currently lives in the Mansfield section of Century Village in West Boca
Yvena Beauzieux (25) and Leslie Cetoute (27) were arrested following execution of a search warrant at their apartment in Boca Arbor Club
This was a joint operation with PBSO and BSO working together
following up on a “large trafficking arrest one week prior.”
The search revealed substantial quantities of a variety of drugs including heroin
Cetoute had an outstanding warrant for a reckless driving case from 2015
Heis also facing a first degree felony in Broward
which goes nicely with his significant criminal history including time in state prison
Beauzieux also has some criminal history but not as extensive
Delray PD arrested Fabrizio Valenzuela Oddone (22) for DUI
The Boca Colony (Boca Del Mar) resident was stopped at 3:45 am – nothing good happens after 2 am
It’s not clear if the officer had a valid basis for the stop
but it sounds like he found him before the stop asleep at the Cut 432 restaurant and put him in a Lyft to take him home
Oddone then got out of the Lyft and into his car
At the station Oddone blew 0.147 and 0.160
Those results are close enough to be allowed in court
but far apart enough to make us wonder if the machine was working properly
Pedro Cardoso (28) of Sandalfoot Cove had his second felony drug arrest of the year. We previously wrote about his unfair arrest in June
In this incident Cardoso was sitting in his car in an apartment complex in West Boynton when a deputy sheriff approached and saw bags of drugs inside the car
He was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and cocaine
Olympic Heights student Linwoolse Silin (18) of the Sandalfoot Boulevard Condos was arrested for grand theft of a vehicle
possession of a stolen firearm and illegally carrying a concealed weapon
A witness at Town Center Mall called police after overhearing Silin and another man bragging about stealing cars
Boca PD arrived identified a Kia Soul in the parking lot that matched the witness’ description and the key Silin was wearing on a lanyard on his neck
During the arrest police also found Silin was carrying an Argentinian 9mm handgun that had been reported stolen from Broward
We see no other criminal history for Silin
He had 3 minor traffic tickets in November of 2018
Stanley Jean (18) from East Delray and Atlantic High
was also arrested under similar circumstances for a Honda Civic reported stolen from Broward
Hannah Tippett (18) of Boca Arbor Club in Boca Del Mar was arrested after what appears to have been a minor dispute with her boyfriend
Despite a fresh scratch on his arm and hand
he did not want her arrested or prosecuted
The incident apparently happened in East Boca
The boyfriend is reportedly a resident of Boca Lyons Estates in West Boca
Benjamin Bieber (28) of East Boca was arrested for leaving the scene of a personal injury acccident in Boynton Beach
According to police he ran a red light while driving his motorcycle and collided with a car
The car’s driver went to the hospital
He called police later and told them where he was
There’s an odd mistake in the report indicating he was arrested on Linton in Delray
That probably isn’t enough for a defense to the case but you never know
We see no significant criminal history for him
James Van Dyke (58) of Watergate Estates was arrested on a warrants from Broward County after he failed to appear on a trespassing charge from one incident and a municipal ordinance violation from another incident
We reported on a felony arrest for Van Dyke in May of this year.
Alison Archer (44) was arrested in Palm Beach Gardens for DUI. The resident of Arium Apartments in Central Boca was stopped after 2 am. Remember – nothing good happens after 2 am. She registered 0.18 on two breath tests, more than double the legal limit.
We see no prior criminal history for Ms. Archer, other than some traffic and parking tickets.
21-year-old Alexander Livingston of East Boca was arrested for stealing his mother’s car. He has an extensive history of over 20 court cases including felonies in 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015.
Craig Barnes (32) was arrested for felony domestic battery by strangulation. His girlfriend told Boca PD that he grabbed her by the throat and threatened to kill her and her dog.
Barnes was arrested in 2018 in a domestic violence case and was sentenced to 198 days in jail. He was also arrested in 2017 for felony battery on a pregnant victim – the same girlfriend. He got 14 days on that one.
