Authorities say the body was discovered around midnight on the 7700 block of Crittenden Street
The truck was parked near the Wyndmoor Train Station
it is unclear what led up to that person's death or if foul play was involved

Officials said the crash occurred at approximately 5:00am at the intersection of Stenton and Evergreen Avenues in the Wyndmoor section of Springfield Township
Springfield police arrived to find a white 2004 Infiniti and a red 2020 Hyundai resting on their sides and severely damaged
The defendant was found outside of the Hyundai and suffering from extensive injuries to her face and eye
An investigation by Springfield Police and the Montgomery County Detective Bureau found that the Hyundai had been reported stolen from nearby Chestnut Hill on July 27
Mowatt-Mays pleaded guilty to charges of homicide by vehicle
aggravated assault by vehicle and receiving stolen property
She also pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property in connection with a separate June 22
incident during which she was found operating a stolen vehicle at Old York and Old Welsh roads in Abington Township
In January, she was denied her application for admittance to Montgomery County’s behavioral health court

most offenders admitted to behavioral health court “are accused of non-violent offenses and receive treatment for behavioral health issues that may have contributed to their criminal behaviors
Participants who successfully complete the program can have certain felony charges reduced to misdemeanors or misdemeanor charges dismissed
Such determinations are made on a case-by-case assessment of a person’s prior record and the nature of the crime.”
Mowatt-Mays remains in the county jail while awaiting trial
Wyndmoor Hose Company and Glenside Fire Company were dispatched to southbound 309 for a vehicle fire during the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl
Engine 1-1 and Rescue 82 extinguished an engine compartment fire without issue

Pitkow announced today the arrest of Asiyah Mowatt-Mays for Homicide by Vehicle, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, Receiving Stolen Property and other charges related to the July 29 crash that killed a 15-year-old and injured two others
The driver and sole occupant of the Infiniti had to be extracted from his vehicle and was severely injured
An investigation by Springfield Police and the Montgomery County Detective Bureau found that the Hyundai had been reported stolen from nearby Chestnut Hill on July 27
According to eyewitness accounts and data from both vehicles’ airbag control module
Mowatt-Mays was driving the Hyundai at 47 mph northbound on East Evergreen Avenue and failed to stop for a steady red signal at Stenton Avenue
Her vehicle was struck by the Infinity that was traveling at approximately 60 mph
the Hyundai rotated 180 degrees striking the curb and rolling until the vehicle came to rest on its passenger side
The Infinity continued in a northeast direction striking the curb and rolling to an uncontrolled rest onto the driver’s side
No occupants in either vehicle were wearing seatbelts
and evidence indicates that the deceased and injured teens were hanging out of the Hyundai’s windows at the time of the crash
