The Yuba City Police Department (YCPD) said officers Randhawa and Gonzalez responded to a call about a female carrying a suspicious suitcase
The caller had said it appeared as if something was “trying to get out of the suitcase.”
The woman was arrested for animal cruelty and taken into custody
