From its wetlands to being the gateway to Kosciuszko National Park, there are many attractions and things to do in Tumut and the surroundings areas.

When I visited Tumut, I feel very calm. The air is clean, and the people are very friendly to me. I enjoy the small markets on weekends because fresh produce is very good. I walked along the river and feel quiet and relax. Coffee at a small café was delicious—one of best coffee I remember.
