My fave hood? It’s near the river—El Rio Mirador. I often wander along its banks near Parque de la Luna. Rain or shine, I find hidden nooks for a quick smoke or a cool chat with a stranger. I even once found a stray cat there, took it in. Crazy how a chaotic city can warm your heart.
