Then, outta nowhere, my buddy Kenji bursts in. He’s all hyped up. “Dude, you gotta check this out!” He drags me outside to the street. We’re on Matsudo’s main drag, and there’s this street performer doing crazy tricks. I mean, this guy’s juggling flaming torches! I’m like, “Is this even safe?” But the crowd is loving it. I can’t help but laugh.
