First off, I head out to grab some breakfast. I’m strolling down the street, and I’m hit by this amazing smell. Turns out, it’s from a little joint called “Takahama Ramen.” I mean, who can resist ramen, right? I order a bowl, and it’s like a flavor explosion in my mouth. I’m talking umami overload.
