This beach is typical of beaches on Madeira, it comprises of pebbles, stones and not much glamour. It is definitely the poor relative of the two beaches.

As the sun started to set, I headed to the viewpoint at Pico do Facho. The view was breathtaking! I mean, you could see the whole bay. I felt so small but so alive. I took a deep breath, and for a moment, all the craziness of the day faded away. Just me, the sunset, and the ocean. Perfect, right?
