Lunchtime rolls around, and I decide to hit up my fave spot, a little joint on Strada Călărași. They’ve got the best mici in town. I’m talking juicy, spicy goodness. I order a plate, and while I’m waiting, I see this kid playing with a dog. The dog’s all over the place, and the kid’s laughing. It’s one of those moments that just warms your heart, you know?
