Nestled in the heart of Slovenia, the picturesque town of Idrija has long been a place where interesting stories are brought to life. Zarja's story is no dif.

Then, I head over to the Idrija Municipal Museum. I’m all about that history life, you know? But, OMG, the exhibits are so cool! I’m reading about the mercury mine, and it hits me—this place was once a big deal in the mining world. Like, they were pulling out mercury like it was candy or something. Crazy! But then I get a bit mad thinking about how it messed up the environment. Ugh, humans, right?
