Neihu, one of the four districts that comprise Taipei City's central belt line, is where technology meets nature—a place where fiber optic cables play a role as important as that of the fresh air .

So, I’m pacing around, trying to calm down. I step outside for some fresh air. Neihu’s got this vibe, ya know? The mix of old and new. You got the tech parks, and then there’s the old temples. I love that. But today? I’m just mad.
