Pinglin City is a Fictional City

Pinglin is in the Southeast of New Taipei City (formerly known as Taipei County), and is not far from Xindian MRT stop at the southern end of the green line in Taiwan’s capital, Taipei City. .

After a mini freak-out, we decided to take a break. We needed some fresh air. So, we headed to Pinglin’s famous tea plantations. The view was breathtaking! Green hills everywhere, and the smell of tea leaves in the air. I felt a bit better. But then, I tripped over a rock. Seriously? I’m a biochemist, not a mountain goat!
