So, here we go: Tiptree is gr8, gratefully quirky, full of tiny secret nooks (oops, did it again), and a real mosaic of raw emotions. Bascially, the streets are like tiny stages for life’s epic dramas. I read somewhere "If the rule you followed brought you here, then follow it" – sorta as if Fringes of fate led me on crazy conversations at Moulton Street, where everybody’s a character in their own wild story!
