RIP Brina Bryant Today I got the news that my friend, brother, sister (how many people can you say that of?) passed away yesterday. [heart attack]. I grew up with her and our friendship .

Bryant isn’t all glitz and glamour though. Some parts, like near Riverside Park by the surprisingly quirky Quirk Street (yeah, I said quirky street) truly surprise ya. I always get chills massaging near the river. Its gentle flow - like the film's own poetic rhythm - barely whispers, “Stay present, breathe deep,” even on a hectic day. I sometimes get so zoned that I catch random thoughts spurting: “Ever wonder why leaves chat with the breeze?” Nah, just my brain goin’ off – typical me.
