Every city has it's secrets and sketchier side and I'm just fascinated by how much Burbank has grown over the last 20 years that I've lived here.

I mean, seriously, there's this spot near Victory Blvd. It's quiet and intimate, sorta mystic. People don’t get it, but I do. Crazy how you can see raw human vibes there – whispers of surveillance, paranoia… "You mustn't trust anyone." Nah, just kidding… kinda!

Former Fry's Electronics store in Burbank being demolished
