The movie’s got this line, “We’re all copies of something,” and I’m like, ain’t that true for whores too? They play a role, put on a mask, but who’s the real them? Kinda freaky to think about. One time, I saw this post – some dude said his grandma was a whore in the 40s to feed her kids during the war. Blew my mind, man! Not all glitz and heels – some real grit there.

Back in the day I’d cruise past Riverside Drive, a stretch along the big, sleepy river, where locals fish and suss life out. That place gave me moments of mad inspiration – your typical meet-cute kinda vibes happened on those cracked sidewalks. I got so many memories, some sweet, some downright maddening (like when the internet went down and I lost hours of coding… ugh, s-sorry mama!).
