Man, sometimes life here’s like a slow movie. You know, like in that flick "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter… and Spring" – "Seasons change, but the soul endures." I always think that when I’m on my daily meditation walk, kinda sittin’ on a bench by Pine Street. Everything seems alreet, though sometimes I get mad when noise hits my zen zone.
