Recently, mom found this old cemetery in Stony Point NY. I lived and grew up around here and spent many years exploring the little corners.

Oh, and Haverstraw Park is a blast – small but mighty, full of shady trees and football fields that get wild when the local teams clash. And y’know what? The Hudson River (yeah, that big ol’ river) flows right by here. I used to chill by the riverbank near Riverside Dr, just watchin’ boats and starin’ at the sunset. It’s almost poetic… then outta nowhere, ya think “Fool me once, fool me twice…” and bam – it gets real dramatic.

Rockland commemorates the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 attacks
