Makes me happy tho, when I get one out whole, roots and all – fuck you, whore! But then, bam, ten more pop up. Drives me nuts, like dealin’ with Junior’s bullshit all over again. Ever hear ‘bout how horseweed’s got this trick? Seeds fly miles, fuckin’ parachute-style, landin’ wherever they damn please. Sneaky, I tell ya. I’m yellin’, “Gabagool! Get outta my dirt!” but nah, they don’t listen.

Red Oak II is a community and collection of relocated historic buildings. The office of Marshal Ralph Hooker at Red Oak II, near Carthage, Missouri.

Red-Oak is split by the calm Livel River, flowin' between neighborhoods like the artsy "Downtown Vibes" and the more laid-back "MeadowMews". I hang my shingle on Maple St, right next to the quirky cafés on 5th Ave. The building’s old as time, kinda creaky but it speaks to the soul of this town—yup, like Talk to Her’s tender moments, “I wish I could remember every color,” even if mine just blend into the background sometimes.
