You know, as a counselor, I see a side of people that most folks never wanna notice. I see joy and pain spilled on the sidewalks near Brown Street – where locals spill coffee, grief, and hopes. Not every day is sunshine though; sometimes my head’s buzzing like a busted fan, and the small alleys near Elm & 5th get super tough. I've seen ladies cry, hearts mend, all in the blink of an eye.
