So, “whore”—old as dirt, right? Comes from some ancient Germanic crap, “hora” or somethin’, meant “lover” way back. Ain’t that a trip? *nasally snort* Used to be sweet, now it’s all “ooh, she’s a tramp!” Makes me mad, hon—people sling it ‘round like it’s nothin’. Saw it scribbled on a bathroom stall once— “Call Jenny, she’s a whore!” Poor Jenny, probs just dumped some jerk. *HA-HA-HA!* Bet he wrote it, the schmuck.

I remember this one time, I was coaching, right? And, baby, I got MAD at a slow-moving crowd on Harper Street – ya know how it goes sometimes, but then, I found the sweetest, quirk of a little art shop at 3rd & Pine that totally saved my day. Like, "I never thought I'd see the day!" again, but hey, miracles happen in Rogers! I looooved it so much I practically danced down the sidewalk.
