May 15,  · The number show a pretty staggering increase in one place in particular: Spring Valley. The area just west of Interstate 15 in the West/Southwest portion of the valley saw a dramatic uptick in reported prostitution year to year, with incidents so far this year versus 47 at this point last year. That is an increase of percent!

The streets here? Pure magic, man. You got Elm Ave, where the vintage food trucks line up every Friday. Then there’s Maple Ln. in Westside—the kinda street that looks straight outta a freakin’ indie movie. And yo, I can’t forget 5th and Broadway. That's where I snag my best clients after a long day.
