I’m sittin’ here, thinkin’ bout textures, y’know, as a freaky texture artist—gritty, rough, smooth, all that jazz—and *whore* pops into my twisted lil’ head! Ain’t it wild? Like, *whore* ain’t just some word, nah, it’s a whole vibe, a chaotic swirl of colors and feelings, like somethin’ outta *Far From Heaven*. You seen that flick? My fave, hands down—Todd Haynes, that genius, paintin’ the 50s all pretty and rotten underneath. “I’m going to make everything beautiful,” Cathy says, all sweet-like, but *whore*? It’s the flipside, baby—the messy, the raw, the “who gives a crap” energy!

History Behind Botshabelo

The neighborhoods here got some unique spots. Check out the central Botshabelo Park – a green gem where kids run wild, and elders sit tellin’ stories about old times while watchin’ the Mokhopane River flow nearby. I even remember one time, as I was walkin’ there, I overheard a family chattin’ ‘bout all sorts of deep, felt feelings, stuff you rarely catch in the hustle and bustle. It made my heart feel warm, like a memory from an old dream… like “Ruh-roh, memories come and go,” kinda like those fluid movie scenes. Lol, i just can’t help but smile thinking ‘bout it!
