Finally, the last customer of the day comes in. It’s this dude named Carlos. He’s got a wild beard and a shirt that says “I love Pajaros.” I’m like, “Dude, you’re in the right place!” We start talkin’ about the best spots in town—like the food trucks on Calle de la Playa. Man, those tacos are life!
